The reliability of power supply is not only a direct reflection of the power supply capacity of the power supply system of the national economy, but also reflects the power requirement of the electric power industry, is the quality of power system planning, design, construction, construction, equipment selection, operation, service and management level and other aspects of the comprehensive embodiment.With the rapid development of economy, the user is also put forward higher requirements on the reliability of power supply, the power supply enterprise must strengthen the management of each link, rely on scientific management means to achieve the overall level of power supply enterprises to improve the reliability of power supply, to maximize the reliability index, to provide users with stable, reliable power, improve the power supply enterprise economic and social image, meet the requirements of today’s social and economic development, the power supply enterprise to become an increasingly important work content.The reliability of power supply management from the point of view of the overall system reliability, according to the certain goal, planning, organization, coordination, control and supervision of the activities of reliability technology. The reliability index is a true reflection of the operation of the power grid, is an important platform to improve the level of management of power grid enterprise, but also an important manifestation of the realization of corporate social responsibility. Through the comparative analysis on the reliability index of the distribution network, combined with the actual situation, find problems and weak links exist in the management of distribution network, and then take effective measures.This paper is based on the user power supply reliability of distribution network in Siping area city project to enhance the development of Siping power supply company. Based on the analysis of a large number of data, through the comparison of the diagnostic reliability of Siping area city city status and user distribution network power supply reliability index analysis, dig potential; by raising the level of power system operation and management, from the aspects of a sound management system, strengthen the management, strict comprehensive outage management and prevention of external damage, put forward specific measures to enhance the reliability of power supply management in the actual production and strict enforcement, to improve the reliability of power supply, grid work objectives.
