Based on the collection and summary of relevant research of RAMS analysis at home and abroad, combining the structural characteristics of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track system and the characteristics of design, construction, operation and maintenance, the article studied on the RAMS analysis of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track systematically, and filled the gaps of RAMS work in China’s track structure. This study provided a theoretical support for the opening of the international railway market, and enhanced the international competitiveness and built the Chinese brand high-speed railway ballastless track system. The main contents are as follows:1. The reliability analysis of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless trackBased on the FMECA, the reliability of CRTS Ⅲ ballastless track was analyzed, and the System task and function, indenture level and function block diagram were confirmed. The failure causality was analyzed, and the corresponding design improvement and compensation measures were proposed. The preliminary failure reliability criticality was ranked by RPN, and the protection and promotion related recommendations to design and operating units of CRTS Ⅲ ballastless track’s reliability were presented. Based on this, an improved FMECA method was proposed to solve the problem of reliability criticality ranking of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track in traditional RPN method based on the fuzzy confidence theory, the gray relational theory and the subjective and objective weighting method, and the failure reliability criticality of CRTS Ⅲ ballastless track was ranked.2. Research on the safety index system and evaluation method of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless trackThe safety index system was built by the combination of the FTA and FMECA analysis of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track, and the safety evaluation method was built by the combination of AHP and the comprehensive evaluation method based on the gray statistical model. Taking a section with CRTSⅢ slab track as an example, a comprehensive assessment of the line safety was studied with the established safety index system and evaluation method.3. Clustering analysis of maintainability of CRTSⅢ ballastless trackThe maintainability index system of CRTSⅢ ballastless track was built by analysis of the connotation and requirements and characteristics of operation and maintenance of ballastless track. A weighted fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm method was constituted by the combination of ANP and fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm, which effectively considered the interaction between the maintainability indexes of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track and solved the ambiguity and uncertainties among the objects. The maintainability level of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track was classified and the maintainability of track failures was categorized.4. RAMS quantitative evaluation of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless trackThrough the systematic analysis of irregularity degradation and maintenance features of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track, the dynamic reliability model of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track was established by the extended Petri nets theory. The steady state characteristics of RAMS of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track was predicted with Monte Carlo simulation method, and the influence of inspection cycle and service life of ballastless track on the steady-state characteristics of RAMS of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track was analyzed. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track, RAMS, FMECA, FTA, Petri net, Grey Theory, Fuzzy Evidential Reasoning Approach, Cluster analysis | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
