The main control room(MCR)of nuclear power plant(NPP)is a security center of monitoring and controlling for operating condition.HIS is the place where interactions frequently occur,therefore,its designing quality can affect the operating safety of NPP crucially.HSI comprehensive evaluation of MCR must go through review procedures before NPP puts into operation.Accordingly,the evaluation of HSI comprehensive plays an extremely important role in theoretical significance and engineering applications as well.The research is focused on HSI of MCR in NPP,and the development and evaluation actualities of HSI are summarized.Based on the summary of HSI comprehensive evaluation theory and related technologies at home and abroad for MCR of NPP,the research contents of this paper are determined.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:The standards,norms and guidelines of HSI at home and abroad are analyzed.Combined with the promulgated standards in our country,the principles that will be followed in HSI comprehensive evaluation are confirmed.According to the establishment principles of index system,and combined with expert quality model and Delphi method,the evaluation indexes system of NPP is established.The effectiveness and stability of the evaluation indexes system are verified.On the basis of the analysis of expanded analytic hierarchy process and characteristics of multiattribute and multilevel of evaluation indexes,a fuzzy interval number based weight method is proposed.By establishing models of scale conversion matrix,the fuzzy interval judgment matrix is got.Besides,the traditional scale system of judging matrix is improved.On that basis,by using consistency approach method and the theory of error transfer,the estimating intervals sequence of evaluation index weights is got,and fuzzy center of gravity model of weight intervals sequence is established.Meanwhile,the confidence is used to examine the reliability of weight distribution.The comprehensive evaluation methods of HSI for MCR in NPP are studied.Firstly,the complex grey element matrix based on grey matter element analysis of HSI evaluation is constructed.The quantitative model based on method of measurable ergonomics is established for the incommensurability problem of quantitative evaluation index with complex grey element matrix.The quantitative model based on method of expert fuzzy decision is set up for the quantification problem of qualitative evaluation index with complex grey element matrix.The evaluation model based on algorithm of simulated annealing-ant colony is built for the sequencing problem of HSI elements.Secondly,the classical domain and joint domain of evaluation indexes are constructed,and evaluation results of upper indexes are gained by correlation function.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation results are synthetic by synthetic aggregation model of HSI.A Chinese adult human body model which meets the national standard dimensions is created.The percentile and posture of the created human body model can be chosen based on the evaluation needs,and the standard working space benchmark,characters viewing angle benchmark and joint adjust function are provided,which can complete evaluation of working space,visibility and comfort.Integrating evaluation index system,weight distribution,comprehensive evaluation method,standards inquire system,human body model and other assessment module,the comprehensive evaluation software of HSI for MCR in NPP is developed,which realizes the comprehensive evaluation for HSI of NPP MCR on the same platform,and the efficiency and accuracy of evaluation is improved.By using the proposed evaluation method and the developed evaluation software,the evaluation is conducted for HSI of MCR in NPP.The improvements and verification have been made to HSI according to evaluation results.The result shows that the comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this paper is effective and feasible.
