The research content of this paper comes from the national key project "Research on key technology standards of Chinese adult human body modeling and application"(2017YFF0206602).Taking different percentile human body as the research object,the joint angle and driving posture in comfortable driving state are analyzed and studied by using experimental methods,with the focus on the range of joint angle and body ruler in comfortable driving state The influence of inch change on driving comfort.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.According to the four national physique monitoring reports issued by the General Administration of sport of China,it is found that the national height of our country shows a stable growth trend through analysis.In order to establish the human body model needed in this paper,the key modeling parameters are selected according to the existing standards.Using the height measurement data of 2015 provided by China Institute of standardization,we compared it with the height data within the standard,and calculated the growth rate of height size based on it.According to this growth rate,the numerical value of the human body size changes is calculated.After the data processing,the gray prediction method is applied to predict other related human body size modeling data 20 years later.2.Recruit the subjects to carry out the driving comfort measurement experiment,use Vicon motion capture system to paste the marked points on the specific joint position of the experiment,when the subjects adjust to the most comfortable driving posture on the simulated bridge,record the space position of the marked points,use the motion capture system software to export the experimental data,process the data,and get the required comfortable driving state of human body The comfortable range of joint angle,combined with the data provided by China Institute of standardization,has drawn a 2D Human template.3.Set the cab layout parameters provided by China Automotive Research Center in CATIA software.According to the specific format,the source files of 1988 National standard human body size and predicted human body size are compiled and imported into the software.The human body model established in GB/T 10000-88 standard and the human body model established after the prediction of human body size are positioned with the cab environment where the layout parameters are set.Finally,the matching degree test is carried out to verify the matching degree with the layout parameters of the cab and make a comparison.It was found that with the increase of body size,the matching degree decreased under certain joint angle and arrangement parameters.This may lead to the result that the driver is not easy to operate,the comfort is reduced and so on,and then affect the safety in the driving process. |
