The volume measurement of large and medium bulk is an important part of the management of the yard. It is the key for the country and the enterprise to carry out the strategic reserve planning and production planning. In view of the existing bulk volume measuring system of inventory low efficiency, installation platform dependence,inaccurate measurement, based on the actual application for research purposes, a portable large and medium-sized bulk heap fast volume measurement method is proposed, which can better solve the bulk material pile volume measurement problem.It is of great significance for the country to carry out the strategic planning of resources and the transformation of energy structure, and it is of great significance for production arrangement, cost accounting and benefit evaluation of enterprises. The main content of this paper is to solve the key technology of portable fast measuring method. Specific research contents are as follows:In this paper, the theoretical model of portable fast measuring method is studied in detail, and the feasibility of the method is proved theoretically. According to the measuring principle, a portable measuring system is developed. In the measuring staff hand walking process, laser scanner real-time measured data from the surface of the stack, the attitude data real-time measurement system of attitude measurement system,differential trajectory data GNSS real-time measurement system, and ultimately the formation of measured space point cloud surface of the stack; then using projection partition volume method, the measured pile the volume. The method can be used to quickly and accurately measure the volume of large and medium-sized bulk materials.In order to overcome the difficulty of the low elevation angle measurement of the attitude measuring instrument in the portable walking condition, this paper presents a method of calculating the pitch angle by using laser scanner data. The method using ground data measurement of laser scanner, the fitting line and slope, elevation angle measurement system can be obtained,so as to solve the various existing posture measuring instrument in hand walking under the condition of the problem of low precision measurement. The experimental results show that the proposed method can measure the pitch angle of the portable system more accurately than the existing attitude measurement instruments.Aiming at the disadvantage that the electronic compass can not be measured accurately due to the interference of the external magnetic field. According to the measurement process of heading angle loss, using the trajectory data fitting for trajectory heading angle; fracture of GNSS in measurement in the process, this paper proposes a modified method of trajectory, improve the accuracy and reliability of measurement system.A fast algorithm for detecting the lower edge of stack is proposed. The algorithm is based on the laser scanner to obtain the profile data, and the ground measurement points and the measurement points of the reactor are fitted respectively. The high threshold and bilateral filtering fusion algorithm applied to pile point cloud denoising, using high threshold algorithm to remove the large scale pile point cloud noise, the bilateral filter,small scale noise removal pile surface. The algorithm can remove the influence of noise points in the measurement process on the volume calculation of the stack, and improve the measurement accuracy.In Huanghuagang, Qinhuangdao port and Tianjin port take actual measurement.The experimental results show that the use of portable measurement method presented in this paper, a fast and accurate measurement of large and medium-sized bulk heap size.The portable measuring system developed in this paper has helped Huanghua port and Tianjin port to complete the stocktaking in 2015 and 2016, and has good practical application effect.
