With the “industry 4.0”,“advanced manufacturing Partnership Plan” and “China's manufacturing 2025” and a series of international strategic planning,aircraft manufacturing industry in China is facing an opportunity and unprecedented challenge.Fully realizing the aircraft digital intelligent assembly is not only the long-term goal of aircraft manufacturing industry,but also the current urgent needs.Based on the application of model-based definition(MBD)technology in aviation manufacturing industry,full 3D model of aircraft digital assembly measurement technology has entered the current aircraft digital manufacturing based,and has become a new trend of development,what provided the necessary technical basis for the realization of assembly and joint measurement of large aircraft components based on full 3-D.In order to ensure the assembly and joint quality of large aircraft components,this paper put forward the assembly and joint measurement method and experimental study of large aircraft components based on full 3-D model.To establish a reliable platform for high precision measurement of each posture measurement of large aircraft components assembly in the joint process,at the same time,effectively reduced the large aircraft components assembly pre joint times,reduced the amount of labor of operators,reduced the error rate,so as to improve the aircraft to meet the reliability of the automatic assembly.1)Based on the iGPS measurement system,the construction method of the assembly and joint measurement network for large aircraft components was studied.iGPS and uncertainty measurement model was deduced from the establishment of technology of the assembly and joint measurement network for large aircraft components,and the optimization and analysis method of the transmitter station of the joint measurement network is put forward.Finally,a reliable high precision measurement platform was established for the measurement of the mutual position and orientation between the joint subsystem objects in the assembly process of the large components of the aircraft.2)The optimization method of the posture parameters of large aircraft components was studied.On the premise of the description of the posture of large aircraft components,According to the process requirements of aircraft assembly and joint,a method to solve the target posture of moving components assembly with multi objective optimization was proposed,and through the simulation experiment,the algorithm is reliable and feasible.Finally,it calculated the driving locator based on the posture parameters of moving components and got the positioning drive.3)The layout optimization method of the posture adjustment reference point was studied and establishing uncertainty model of posture measurement.Through the simulation analysis of the uncertainty of the posture measurement of the large aircraft components,optimizing design of the setting method of the position adjustment reference point,the simulation results showed the optimization technique was effective and feasible.4)Based on the full 3-D model of large aircraft components,the virtual assembly simulation was designed.A theoretical model based on the construction method of joint reference model was proposed.Implementation of the construction of a fast model for joint reference components.In depth study of 3D visual interference detection technology,the establishment of 3D model of interference parameters and optimization algorithm.The experimental analysis of the interference distribution in the virtual assembly of aircraft components by using the 3D visualization method.5)A visual evaluation method for assembly and joint of large aircraft components based on Full 3-D was proposed,and the corresponding evaluation tools were drew up.The simulation experiment shows that the method can help to build the posture measurement network of large aircraft components in the form of visual display before the actual assembly.In order to ensure the posture measurement accuracy of large aircraft components,the measurement accuracy evaluation of posture adjustment reference points and the posture measurement accuracy evaluation of moving components were presented,the feasibility of the assembly and joint plan was predicted by the 3D visual interference distribution detection results after virtual joint.
