Riveting is an essential part of the aircraft in modern aircraft manufacturing.Interference riveting process and Titanium Alloy rivets are important ways to achieve the aircraft high reliability,long life and lightweight.The amount of interference and the residual stress of the riveted components after riveting is the quantification parameter of the aircraft assembly quality.In this paper,As the theoretical analysis and finite element numerical simulation a means,from the impact of aircraft performance on the quantitative parameters of the amount of interference as an entry point.The main line is to optimize the method of detecting the interference amount of the riveted components to optimize the method of detecting the interference amount of the riveted components and improve the quality and efficiency of aircraft assembly for improving the performance of aircraft products.This paper is based on the knowledge of elastic-plastic theory.According to the proposed method of calculating the amount of interference of the riveted members.By Numerical Calculation(The interference amount of the riveted components is calculated by detecting the contour parameters of the upset head by Finite Element Post-Processing)and Finite Element Simulation(Through the Finite Element Post-Processing to collect the upset head data points to fit the head contour curve to obtain the riveted components of the amount of interference)and verify the applicability of titanium alloy countersunk head rivets.Combined with the dynamic process of riveting deformation and the actual production situation,Summed up the interference with the lack of riveting in this research ideas,Based on the upset head contour data point cloud,The reverse modeling of the riveting fixture and the important means ofassessing the amount of riveting.The results show:(1)The rivet is fully filled in the nail hole of the riveted components,To overcome the various factors that the poor cold plasticity?strain rate sensitive?high yield ratio and formed difficult of Titanium Alloy Rivets as well as the upset head shape and size unqualified.(2)The uniformity of the interference amount of the riveted components is remarkably improved,The residual stress distribution of the component is uniform and reasonable,Greatly improve the quality of riveting assembly,so it is beneficial to improve the fatigue life of the structural parts.(3)The riveting fixture is optimized and the evaluation method of the riveting interference amount is obtained.To overcome the traditional riveted interference detection(detection process cumbersome,low efficiency,large error and other shortcomings);to provide an important technical basis,For the aircraft's mass production is of great significance for the realization of aircraft assembly efficiency and quality improvement.
