Intelligent laboratory will be a key component of aerospace intelligent manufacturing infrastructure in the future.Therefore it is very important to systematically study the connotation,characteristics,reference model,evaluation method and key technologies of intelligent laboratory.This paper systematically studies and completes the theory of intelligent laboratory based on the in-depth investigation.Take realizing the intelligentization of large-scale remote sensing instrument development laboratory for example,this paper studies the theoretical framework and technical model of aerospace intelligent laboratory,and finally summarizes a set of system model and implementation methodology of intelligent laboratory.Specifically as follows:(1)In the field of intelligent laboratory theory,first,the development history and evolution mechanism of the concept of “intelligence” have been studied.As a result,the intelligence has been evolved from the initial mechanical reasoning to system which is with the function of “sensing-syntax-semantics-inference-execution”.Second,the contents of the laboratory are summarized from the three dimensions(product development,engineering technology,management),unlike the ARC,this paper highlights the management issues that bring in because of the flexibility of flexible production and research activities in laboratories.Third,this paper systematically completes the theory of intelligent laboratory,including: core definition,functional unit,reference model.In terms of definition,this paper emphasizes the concept of the system,while highlighting the functions of the intelligent system: perception-closed loop-collaborative decision-making-execution-studying,reflects the ultimate goal of intelligent laboratories: efficient,energy efficient,safe,innovative and compatible;In terms of functional units,this paper compares it with the body's tissues and organs,to highlight its contribution and role in the intelligent laboratory.The perceptual system corresponds to the human eye,nose,ear and other sensory organs,the network system corresponds to the nervous system,the integrated system corresponds to the language system,the decision system corresponds to the brain,the control system corresponds to the human bone and muscle,and the middleware system corresponds to the internal organs.In the reference model,a new intelligent laboratory reference model is proposed: RAML1.0.RAML1.0 clearly illustrates the three basic components of intelligent laboratories,which can be used as a reference architecture design and key technology research concept blueprint.In the end,this paper puts forward the concept of "Multi-Agent intelligent system",and designs architecture of CPS system based on Multi-agent and defines the function of agent in each layer.(2)In the field of key technology,this paper aims at the information fusion and the difficulty of interaction in CPS system,a unified model is established to describe the information of physical entities,named P-KRA.The P-KRA model combines the characteristics of KRA and Petri net,so it not only provides a general framework for abstraction the physical entities information,but also can describe the dynamic behavior.As we all know,any physical entities changes in lab will generate a series of events,and the premise of events detection is that system is able to accurately recognize and understand the information.Therefore,on the basis of P-KRA,we further study the complex event detection method,focus on the RFID event detection,put forward an event detection concept model,and named HT-Rule.Finally,based on the model,a set of intelligent detection middleware system with the function of RFID data sensing,filtering,detection and alarm has been developed.(Imagine there are 100000 single data,the total time consuming of middleware system is 20 ms,furthermore,through middleware data filtering,and the inquiring time can be improved to 0.097 s from 1.87 s.)The system has been successfully implemented in a space laboratory so far,to achieve real-time RFID events detection and physical entities information intelligent management.(3)A three-level index system which is used for evaluation has been constructed by the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods.Meanwhile,G-AHP is applied to evaluate the intelligence level of lab and calculates the weights of each index,which fills up the missing of intelligent laboratory evaluation model.By constructing the index weight tree,it is fast to locate the key index that affect the intelligence level.So far,a set of software system has been developed for the evaluation model,which has been applied to evaluate the intelligence level of some space remote sensing laboratory.The experiments analyses the key index that changes the value of F(before:F=1.3,after:F=1.4)before and after implementing the “RFID event detection system”,and obtains the conclusion that this index is consistent to the function provided by the system.Part of the research results(RFID middleware system,automatic scanning system of equipment access,lab equipment image acquisition system triggered by RFID,equipment location and information visualization method,intelligent level evaluation methods and system,etc.)have been successfully applied to the assembly test laboratory of SITP,which supports the implementation of its continuing intelligent projects.
