In this thesis,the concept of biological population and its evolutionary process were introduced into the design of product population form.Based on the relevant knowledge of fuzzy front-end,knowledge engineering,extenics method,user requirements subdivision and TRIZ theory,the research targeted the innovation and evolution of product population form,which was supported by technology of cluster analysis,mathematical statistics and computer-aided industrial design.The thesis started with the analysis of clustering of product population samples,proceeded with the research on the acquisition,deduction and control of 2D prototype,the subdivision method of users' requirements based on form element,the form grouping and the evolutionary trends of product population,and verified with the case of household electric kettle product population.The main research and achievements of the thesis are as follows:(1)The basic knowledge of product population form was studied and the concept of form element was put forwardStarting with the innovation of product population form,based on relevant theories of fuzzy front-end,knowledge engineering,decomposition and reconstruction,the thesis analyzed the concept of population sample,the model of template matching and the concept of prototyping and the style image of product population.Besides,the concept of form element for product population was proposed and characterized.The author also researched on the acquisition of product population form knowledge and mapping of prototype knowledge of population form,and the models of them were expressed respectively.(2)The 2D prototype acquisition method for product population form was proposedBased on the set optimal principle of the product population form innovation to the previous product,a ranked set sampling(RSS)method was introduced.Targeted at specific product population,the author set the specific steps and links for sample extraction.The thesis based on the typical samples,the form element decomposition of the population was completed by morphological analysis,and the key features of morphological primitives were obtained by DFA.The main style image of the specific product population was obtained with perceptual experimental method.And the population sample clustering targeting at the specific style image was carried out by cluster analysis.Morphological matrices of the form element key features was established,and 2D prototype pool of product population was converged,combining center samples of the specific style image product population.(3)The method and model of 2D prototyping of product population based on extenics were constructedBased on the 2D prototype of the specific style image of the product population,the author introduced the extenics method.The deduction rules were set,such as copy,substitution,expansion,translation,and so on,and the expression of the deduction rules were given respectively.On the basis of deduction rules,the control technology of deduction rules was set as deduction constraint and control vector,and the expression of the control vector was deduced.Finally,on the basis of the deduction rules and the control technology,the process of the 2D prototyping extension of the product population was characterized and the 2D prototype deduction process of product population based on extenics was put forward.(4)The design flow and model of product population form grouping based on user requirements subdivision were constructedFirstly,two concepts were put forward according to research objectives and ideas,users requirements subdivision table and product population form grouping,and their concept description and model expression were given.Secondly,the product form grouping process driven by user requirements subdivision was constructed:to obtain user requirements subdivision information based on the user requirements subdivision table ?user requirements subdivision information denoising,clustering ?user requirement classification based on KANO model ?the user requirements grouping based on its classification? product population grouping form design.The user requirements subdivision grouping model were constructed based on its process.And the product population form conceptual model based on user requirements groups was divided into basic product,performance product and attractive product.Finally,a requirements-form mapping model was established,and the product form design was accomplished.(5)The evolution trend forecasting method of product population based on TRIZ theory was proposedIn order to predict the evolution trends of product population,firstly,the author introduced TRIZ technology evolution and the law of requirements evolution to settle the basis for product population evolution;secondly,the author predicted future requirements and drived functional evolution based on the law of requirements evolution so as to determine product population functional carrier-structure-form evolutionary trends;thirdly,the author constructed the product population form evolution model driven by requirements and function evolution integration.(6)Product form innovation method system based on the population clustering was constructed and the PPFIMS system function was createdThe key concepts of product population form innovation method system were represented in the form of a directed graph.The knowledge network node and the train of thought for the method system were constructed.On the basis of directed graph,the whole process model and system platform were constructed.Finally,the basic function design of PPFILM prototype system was completed based on the whole method system.In this thesis,a lot of research has been done on the innovation process and evolutionary trends of product population form.The result of the research is of great theoretical significance and application value for product form innovation,evolution,iteration and development.
