Study On The Evolution Of The Historical Block Of Zhongshan Road In Shenyang

Shenyang Zhongshan Road Historical and Cultural District is located on the north side of Taiyuan Street commercial block in Shenyang Peace District,which was founded in the early20 th century and witnessed the modernization of Shenyang City.The unique traditional space pattern,the courtyard-style architectural community texture and the traditional road and street pattern in the block are full of the thick historical culture of the neighborhood,bearing the patriotic feelings of anti-colonial rule.The historical block of Zhongshan Road is a cultural product formed after a long period of urban renewal,and as an important cultural heritage in the city,how to combine the protection and development of the neighborhood is of great significance to the revival and development of the historical neighborhood.Combining the major events of institutional change and commercial economic development,this paper divides the evolution stage of the block into three stages: the period of iron construction,the period of slow development and the period of renewal and transformation,and takes Theune’s urban morphology as the theoretical support,and studies the morphological evolution and its motivations of the three stages of the block through the analysis of the urban plane.In the study,the morphological units and morphological regions delineated during the construction period of full iron are used as morphological prototypes,and on this basis,qualitative and quantitative methods are used to analyze the morphological evolution characteristics of neighborhoods during the period of slow development and renewal,so as to summarize the morphological areas,morphological unit features and evolution laws of the block.Through the study,it is found that the morphological evolution of the block is carried out by his organization under the influence of non-material factors such as policy,society and economy,and the status quo presents the pattern of collage as a whole,and the form unit is gradually stabilized in the form of the whole update.In the process of historical block evolution,there are the characteristics of the core stability and morphological framework,and the evolution of the evolution of the neighborhood in different periods are adjusted to each other,forming the structure-morphological adaptation mechanism.Based on the development orientation of the future cultural vitality of the Republic of China,according to the economic development goal,the paper puts forward the way to improve the commercial business and move out properly to live,puts forward the concept of morphological framework according to the goal of cultural construction of the Republic of China,and summarizes that the protection of the morphological elements in the protection of the neighborhood should follow the order of streets,plots,buildings and land use.The demarcated morphological units will be further divided into five types of morphological management units of historical protection,modernmaintenance,rectification,refurbishment and reconstruction,and according to the steps of the practice of form recognition,morphological control elements extraction,morphological module formulation and morphological management guidelines,and targeted morphological management guidelines for commercial rectification units and commercial reconstruction units in the neighborhoods will be formulated.
