Fullface rock tunnel boring machine(TBM)is highly automated tunneling machinery,which has become an important symbol of three-dimensional urban construction.Disc cutter is main of the full TBM rock-breaking tool,disc cutter layout design is the optimization design to improve the service life and efficiency of TBM tunneling,reduce the cost of excavation,is roadheader performance of important factors.In this paper,research and discuss the present situation of domestic and foreign,nowadays the development of TBM disc cutters and cutter geometry features,excavation characteristics and layout optimization analysis,proposed limitations on the macro analysis,and point at energy principle in the study of rock fragmentation mechanism with TBM disc cutter layout direction of superiority,in the main line of energy proposed new directions of the TBM disc cutters and cutter head optimization.Around the scientific issue,"cutterhead system and hard rock energy coupling effects characteristics",through analysis the physical mechanical characteristics at the practical projects cutterhead system in the processes of rock excavation breaking,and energy as the main line to make unified research.Throughout the process of rock destruction by force,it could be seen the all process from the force effect on the rock to unsteady destruction,all exchanging the energy to the outside world.Disc cutter cutting rock,in fact is the energy transfer and conversion process,kinetic power of disc cutter and force done work as the input energy in theoretically equal to the rock crushing energy and rock damaging energy in rock breaking process.Firstly disc cutter cutting rock breaking process as energy transfer conversion law main line,through the analysis transformation of energy transfer between the disc cutters and rock crushing,by CSM disc cutter force prediction model research disc cutter rock breaking process,based on input energy(kinetic energy and force done workand output energy rock crushing energy and friction energy)is equivalent to the energy conservation features,established cutter head excavation parameters(degree of penetration and cutter speed)and disc cutter spacing on cutterhead matched mathematical model,make the various parameters of a unified research analysis,the energy plays a key role in the connection parameters match the research process.Based on energy characteristics parameters unified research and analysis,with the advantages of energy characteristics,thought the use of finite element elastoplastic theory foundation,Respectively,quasi-static and dynamic theoretical ideological theory,established disc cutter rock breaking process model of stress and strain,at the same time based on energy principle in elasticity theory possible work on a single disc cutter to the breaking of rock mechanics load to solve and analysis the model,and compare to another typical load forecasting models,combining test and engineering data,verified based on the energy characteristics derived single disc cutter loading force model can better integrate into the parameters characteristic,more in line with the characteristics of the actual excavation construction project roadheader.During the cutting process,the change in thermalenergy affects the disc cutter wear,thermal energy as an important part of the energy by means of friction energy analysis,further expand the disc cutters thermal characteristics and energy distribution of the cutterhead,used analytical methods by during the rock breaking the single-disc cutter to establishthe mathematical model of the temperature and solve it,so as to extend to a temperature change of the heat characteristics of different regions on the overall cutterhead,could effectively guide the cooling tube arrangement,and in accordance with the reasonable position of the disc cutter arrangement requirements,reasonable control of temperature favors the progress of the project,to increase the excavation speed and reduce disc cutters number of tool changes,save construction costs.According to the actual project disk cutters on the cutterhead layout characteristics analysis,combine overall cutterhead load distribution and centroid layout features,propose a new model for energy optimization layout arrangement characteristic analysis method,by means of more advanced prevented degradation artificial immune algorithm to optimize and analysisthe different disc cutter layout form on the cutterhead,and with the original optimization model were compared to discuss research and analysis,obtained based on the energy method of disc cutter layout rational distribution. |
