Research On The Digitalcollaborative Management System Of Railway Construction Project Based On BIM

There are many problems in the field of railway construction in our country,such as data missing,information fault,management disjointedand so on,which reflects the lack of deep research on the digital collaborative study,and has influences on the improvement of railway construction management level The purpose of this study is to provide a way to realize the whole process of digital collaborative management system of railway construction projects with the functions of knowledge management,dynamic control and multi objective decision support.Not only can provide method instruction on railway construction project management practice,but also can provide a new model and way for project management.It has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the management level of railway construction projects,and also plays an important role in promoting the establishment of a digital management platform.First of all,based on the system basic theory,this study makes a system analysis on the railway construction projects,and then design the conceptual model of collaborative management of railway construction projects,based on the conceptual model of complex system theory and the emergencetheory.Furthermore,this paper gives a deep study on the mechanism of collaborative management under the environment of BIM,and built Digital Collaborative Management System framework of railway construction projects which based on BIM.Secondly,this paper studies the digital platform,analyzes on the building information model for providing the underlying data services for various applications,and analyzes on the operation principle of the digital collaborative management system.Finally,this paper offers advices on the implementation strategy of digital collaborative management system for railway construction projects,so as to guide the specific implementation.The innovation of this study mainly falls on the following aspects:(1)A conceptual model of collaborative management for railway construction projects is put forward based on emergence theory.This paper gives complex adaptive analysis on the railway construction project systems,demonstrates collaborative effects of function emergence,puts forward the interface coordination model based on emergencemechanism,and designs the collaborative management conceptual model of railways construction projects which based on emergence theory.(2)The construction of a digital collaborative management system framework for the railway construction projects.This system takes the integrated management theory and synergetics as the main theory basis,the overall emergence phenomenon as goal oriented,the collaborative interface management as the research focus,and the digital management platform for railway construction project as the core,integrates viarious of management elements and functions,so that all the stakeholders could havedata collection,collation,statistics and analysis based on unified information model in the whole process,and therefore solves problems of the multi-objective collaborative management,dynamic control,knowledge sharing and assistant decision.(3)This dissertation designed inthe digital management platform of railway construction project based on BIM,and studies on the bottom realization of digital management platform.According to the characteristics of railway construction in China,this essay forms a digital management platform of BIM railway construction project from three elements of the support system,data support and technical support which based on BIM,proposes the object oriented BIM data structure based on IFC and developes the BIM data access framework,so as to solve problems of the data structure design,the application of BIM parameterization modeling,data access storage.(4)This dissertation puts forward the implementation strategy of the digital collaborative management system based on BIM in the process of railway construction in China,including three aspect of the implementation security,standardization and organizational security,and so on.
