Research On Integrated Framework Of BIM-based Project Management Plan System

Construction industry,as a traditional industry in our country,plays an important role on stimulating the high-speed growth of national economy.With the scale of construction projects expanding,more and more long construction cycle,and more and more involved parties and management elements makes the transfer of information of communication more and more big.And in the traditional mode of construction project management,the stages of project construction is separate,each participant is relatively independent to each other,the management content is more dispersed,which makes the fault of information island and information funnel emerge in endlessly.That reduces the efficiency and level of project management severely.The project management plan,as an important means of information management,is the key role to achieve the goal of the whole project.Project management plan is dynamic.The plan changes as the project construction and environmental changes.Meanwhile,the project management plan is complicated and comprehensive.Almost every managing content has the corresponding plan,each participant has a corresponding the project plan,and these project plans are interrelated.The changes of any one or any kind of plan can cause changes of the other classes or other participants' plan,which means that the management of plans is bound to integrate.The paper based on the theoretical research of BIM technology,project management plan and construction project integrated management,summarizes the project management plan according to the content of schedule management,quality management,cost management,organization,risk management,security management and so on.By studying the application of BIM technology in the project plan management and construction project integrated management,determines the necessity of using BIM technology in the integration management of project management plan system.And the paper also points out the key role WBS in combining the project management plan and BIM.On the basis of the above research,introducing the theory of integration,from whole life period,all participant integration and various management factors,set up the integration framework of project management plan system on the basis of BIM,which shows the process of parties collaborative and the dynamic management process of plan implementation,plan optimization,planning,plan monitoring,plan contrast and plan adjustment plans on management platform of BIM.This paper also introduces a concept of BIM center and build a integrated organization structure based on BIM.And the paper discuss the organizational mechanism based on BIM from the three aspects of contract constraint,the governance mechanism and incentive mechanism.The paper designs integrated system of project management plan based on BIM technology combined with IFC standard and SQL database,which expounds the realization way of organization and technology of the integration of project management plan system.The paper poses the integration of project management on the point of project management plan,which provides a new perspective for construction project information integration,and provides the organization and technical guidance for construction project integrated management.
