The pumping and fuelling system act as a very important integral part of full superconducting tokamak device.On the one hand,the syetem affords an environment of high vacuum for controlled thermonuclear fusion reaction,on the other hand,the system supplies fuelling gas and other gas for experiment via many fuelling methods for controlled thermonuclear fusion reaction.In CFETR(China Fsuion Engineering Test Reactor),the pumping and fuelling control system will face a complicated field conditions,the design of ITER CODAC(COntrol Data Access and Communication)instrument and control system can be reference for the pumping and fuelling control system of CFETR,it is not only explored the design of CFETR pumping and fuelling control system,but also accumulated the engineering design experience for the CFETR construction and provided meaningful references.Meanwhile,the architecture is deployed in EAST pumping and fuelling control system to promote EAST pumping and fuelling control system effectiveness and specification,to ensure the control system stable and reliable and integration with the central control system has important significance.At first,the network interface of the CFETR pumping and fuelling control system with the central control system and other system is designed via analyzing the ITER CODAC architecture system that network communication architecture,division the control system level,channel access mechanism,the human-computer interaction,data archiving and back,channel alarm mechanism,input/output controller and the comprise of pumping and fuelling system.In addation,the control system grounding mode and controller selection have been researched from the the angle of engineering design.Secondly,the hardware and software architecture of pumping and fuelling control system and key technical problems are researched.From the the core control system design method,hardware architecture and software architecture,three aspects analyze the design idea and realize the prototype design of the control system.The prototype design of the control system is analyze from three layers which is the internal and CODAC interface of the controller,the standardized design of the software,the system timing system.In the device controller layer of the hardware architecture,firstly hardware configuration and equipment selection is designed,then,according to the requirements of the large-scale distribution control system,the optical fiber ring network topology is adopt in pumping and fuelling system,respectively.A double optical fiber ring network structure is built to realize communication between underlying architecture and top architecture of EPICS.The hierarchical structure of the hardware of the control system is build via this way.At last,the monitoring system of control cabinet is design according to the standard of ITER COD AC.In the software architecture,the multi-protocol of data interaction platform and the control of molecular pump group are desgined for the trend of intelligent equipment.The intelligent level of the system and the control ability of the equipment are improving in this way.Finally,the paper discussed the prototype of control system is verified on the EAST.According to the actual working condition of the EAST,the pumping and fuelling control system adopt distributed architecture to implement each sub-control system and the key data of control cabinet are monitored.The double fiber ring,network is deployed to realize data communication link and stable data transmission of each sub-control system in the pumping and fuelling control system of EAST.The requirements of pumping and fuelling control system and control interface are analyzed,then the ITER CODAC architecture is used to design and realize the control function of each sub-control system and implement the control system in the EAST.The Device Controller layer,Input/Output Contrller layer and Operator Interface layer are built.To sum up,the feasibility of the control architecture in CFETR application and the system reliability were verified via implementing the CFETR pumping and fuelling control system prototype based on ITER CODAC architecture in the EAST device.
