| The higher strength are the most obvious characteristics of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC). This new material has significantly economic and social value when it is applied to some special projects such as large-span bridges , high building and runnel . SFRC is becoming one of the important trends in the development of modern concrete.This paper elaborates which factor affect steel fiber concrete strength and breaks. To solve the problems such as poor workability of SFRC, on the basis of orthogonal experiments, the author establishes SFRC workability evaluation system and advances the testing method of pumping performance of SFRC. Through variance analysis, the influence of every factor to slump of fresh concrete, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength is known. This paper not only confirms some major factors which affect concrete strength but recommends the mix proportion of C50 Pumping Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete (PSFRC).Using multivariable linear regression module in SPSS which is more popular statistics software package, this article analyses 4 factors affecting concrete performances, give multivariable linear regression equation of concrete' s compressive strength, slump and slump flow. Using of the sample data of the collections, the author train the Back-propagation network to PSFRC of slump and 28d compressive strength to carry on the estimate. The result is better. Finally, the author explores the preparation technology route of PSFRC. |
