Through the long-term railway construction and development,China's railway infrastructure has caught up with even surpassed some developed countries.The railway transport capacity has basically met the rail travel needs of passenger.By the end of 2015,China's high-speed railway mileage has reached 19 thousand kilometers.According to the revision of the "long-term railway network planning" by State Council in 2016,the scale of China's railway network will reach 150 thousand km by 2020,including 30 thousand kilometers high-speed railway.By 2025,the scale of the railway network will reach about 175 thousand kilometers,including 38 thousand kilometers high-speed railway,so that the protection of such a large scale high-speed rail system in an orderly manner high-quality operation faces unprecedented challenges.The theory and method of transportation organization of high-speed railway is an important guarantee for safety and steady operation of high speed railway that meets the demand of passenger and ensures railway economic and social benefits.The high-speed stop schedule plan and the train diagram are important contents of transportation organization of high-speed railway.The stop schedule plan reflects the level of passenger service and the allocation of railway resources to a great extent,and affects the design of train diagram structure which affects the passing capacity of train diagram.Therefore,the collaborative optimization of high-speed railway stop schedule plan and the train diagram has important theoretical and practical significance,which is expected to provide some new content and a new angle for the high-speed railway transportation organization theory and method.Taking the high-speed train stop schedule plan and train diagram as the research object,the dissertation tries to establish the collaborative optimization theory of stop schedule plan and train diagram.On the one hand,expect to establish scientific and reasonable stop schedule plan,provide convenient transportation service for passengers;on the other hand,the train stop plan as the basis,optimize the structure of the train diagram,expect the developed train diagram of high quality,improve the use of railway passing capacity.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars,the dissertation build the optimization model to solve the relevant problems,designed effective algorithms for each model,and verified the models and algorithms by using the data of the Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway in 2015.The main research works of the dissertation are as follows:1.Through the analysis of the research background from theory and realistic aspect,the dissertation expounds the necessity and significance of the integrated research of high-speed railway stop schedule plan and the train diagram.The research achievements of high-speed railway stop schedule plan and the train diagram were reviewed,so as to grasp the current situation and research frontiers,to understand the development history and research perspective,foundation models and algorithms used of the research objects,which lays a foundation for expansion of research content.2.The optimization model and algorithm of train stop scheme based on balance and accessibility are studied.Based on the summary of the high-speed railway stop schedule plan,the dissertation mainly introduces the relationship between the stop schedule plan and the operation scheme and analyzes the types and main influence factors of the stop schedule plan.The optimization model of high speed railway stop schedule plan based on balance and accessibility is established,and the genetic simulated annealing algorithm is designed.Finally,the optimization stop scheme which was obtained through the data of the Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway in 2015 was compared with the original stop plan.The result shows that the number of the stops is more concentrated.The balance is improved significantly and the accessibility increases 2.32%,and the overall effect is good.3.The optimization model and algorithm of train diagram structure of high-speed railway are studied.On the basis of the analysis of the influence of the train stop plan on the capacity of the train diagram,the problem of the structural optimization of the train diagram is analyzed and transformed into TSP.The genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.An optimum alternative was given by using the Jing-Hu high-speed railway data of 2015 and was compared with original scheme.The results show that the optimum alternative reduces 133 minutes by about 21.2%.
