In recent years,the construction of China's high-speed rail network has accelerated,the frequency of high-speed rail trains has increased.Regional accessibility has been greatly improved.Accessibility is not only affected by the physical network structure,but also the service network.Accessibility is an indicator used to reflect the convenience of passenger travel,which can directly reflect the quality of the transport products that passengers actually experience.Optimization upon this indicator can intuitively reflect the actual utility.Therefore the construction of accessibility evaluation methods and optimizing operation train plan based on accessibility are of great significance for high-speed rail operating enterprises.The thesis constructs a service-based accessibility index,analyzes the matching degree of high-speed rail accessibility and passenger demand accessibility.Then the theory and method of high-speed rail travel plan optimization based on accessibility are proposed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Construct the indicator of service-based accessibility.Based on the basic theory of accessibility,the elements of accessibility is explored.Considering the characteristics of the high-speed rail service network and the passengers' travel perception,the concept of high-speed rail accessibility is determined.Through the comparison of measurement methods,the potential model method is selected.Considering the number of feasible paths,the quality of feasible paths and the characteristics of the station,the service-based accessibility index is constructed.The high-speed rail accessibility model is established.In addition,the impact mechanism of the train plan on accessibility is analyzed.(2)Evaluation of the matching degree between accessibility the high-speed rail system provides and that of passengers demand.Considering the accessibility index above,the passenger demand accessibility is calculated based on the characteristic of passenger flow.The accessibility matching degree is evaluated from three aspects: total matching degree,quality matching degree and overall matching degree.In order to facilitate analysis and decision-making,this paper builds the same-degree decision matrix at the station level and the network level.(3)Build the optimized model of high-speed rail train plan based on accessibility.This paper analyzes the contents,principles and influencing factors of the train plan.The proposed optimization strategies are based on the matching degree of accessibility.In order to obtain the best overall matching accessibility of network and the minimum train operating cost,the optimized model of high-speed rail train plan is constructed.(4)Algorithm solution and case analysis.Considering the multi-objective characteristics of the optimization model,a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy is used for the solution of the model.The algorithm is designed based on the optimization strategy of accessibility matching degree.Finally,the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is used as an example for analysis.The results show that the accessibility and the matching degree of the accessibility have been improved to a certain extent under the optimized development plan,which verifies the effectiveness of the model.
