Actor Network Theory,short for ANT,is put forward in France in 1980 s,which is an analysis theory about the sociology of scientific knowledge.In the context of human society,it mainly describes the connection between human beings and technical activities and its heterogeneous network relationship.From the perspective of actor network theory,this paper conducts relative researches about interactive service products based on search behavior.On the one hand,users? demands for information and their behaviors are the main research direction for the design of service products.As the carrier of interactive behaviors and the medium of information services,products have played a vital role in psychological cognition and situation events of personal requirement.On the other hand,under different perspective of theoretical research,new research model and methodology can be built to assist interactive services.The connotation,constructive method and research perspective of ANT provide assistances for constituting a human-computer interactive product design method,which features for comprehensi veness,systematicness,and innovativeness,and realizing practical value.From the view of studying interactive services of search behavior,and form the perspective of ANT and information behavior,this paper studies the information demand relationship between users and products,describes the definition of behaviors,and extends this research to events analysis and situation study.Combining method of Literature Search and Case Study,this article unites research methods,such as the identity definition of ANT and Translation link into psychology,behavioristics and other theories to explore an interactive service design research method basing on search behaviors.In terms of psychological demand orientation of users,users? behaviors toward product service have been researched,and this paper focuses on studying users' cognition and interactive situation based on environment.In theory and in practice,the innovative achievements of this paper can be represented in the following three aspects:Firstly,in the light of definition research,a thought of comprehending and analyzing interactive service design has been found.By studying ANT,the definition of “actor” and the structure of Translation Link,heterogeneity elements in it can be concluded in a systematic way,forming a research method of design elements network model.From studying the dynamic relationship among users,behaviors,demands and environment,it finally serves the work of constituting and practicing interactive service design.Secondly,by introducing theoretic knowledge of behavioristics and psychology and analyzing users? psychology,the types of interaction and technical elements,search interactive contextual study has been established based on the behaviors and search intentions of users.Morphological Analysis about current search interactive service has been conducted with the approaches of psychological demands orientation and environmental orientation,and the networking model of actor has been constituted to combine orientation elements with product types.Models mentioned above provide dual research ideas from users to context,and a guidance reference for the design of interactive products.Thirdly,based on the research of ANT,this paper combines the interactive context study of interactive behaviors with the research outcomes of product types in different orientation.In this thesis,search behaviors interactive product design method based on medical information service in the medical area has been put forward.In the first step,studies have been done to learn the information search service in the medical area.In the light of search situation and search behavior,it analyzes the relationship between medical service and actors of doctor and patient,acquiring interaction event levels of diagnosis and treatment search behaviors from the aspects of psychology,behavior,technique,circumstance and sociality.In the second step,actor framework of diagnosis and treatment interactive events has been constituted with the method of actor network,based on the study of information and interactive events.On the basis of users of doctor and patient and products,relevance study on the relationship between users? intention and design intention for medical search service has been done and ANT design model of interactive products has been constituted.In the third step,based on design methods mentioned above,and according to the study of users? model theory and investigation of diagnosis and treatment,framework of product prototype on t he basis of interactive events has been translated.And finally applying the design method and product prototype framework into the design practice of medical service platform in Hsiang-Ya Medical College,to achieve intelligent triage service which based on the body schema search,to fulfill the goal of ambulance search service which based on the GPS location and to realize the target of indoor maps search service which based on multiple demands.It aims to combine theses three services and conduct test an d evaluation with product prototype.Interactive product design methods put forward in this thesis help designers constitute product intention and event design model by studying users? psychological needs and products environment elements.At the end,it a ims at providing services and guidance of products for users? search behaviors in the process of human-computer interaction.Interactive service design method derived from the conception of interactive products of diagnosis and treatment search makes desig ners understand the design thinking and orientation rules in search service products in a clear way.By taking advantage of this rule,it provides a feasible study and design method for product designers and researchers in other areas.
