| Objective: At present, the social problems that need to be optimized by human beings are becoming more complex, and the level of Maslow’s motivation model for persons with disabilities is also rising. As China has already stipulated the requirements and norms for barrier-free construction in building planning, building construction standards and protection of persons with disabilities, the construction of barrier-free environments in public buildings has been well implemented. Thus, the problems faced by persons with disabilities in the course of travelling to museums are not only the accessibility of the built environment, but also the issue of communication and interaction between persons with disabilities and others in museums-accessibility interaction.Design has been theoretical and scientific in recent years. The interactive barrier-free topics raised in this study cover visual, spatial, psychological, sociology and other disciplines.Because people with disabilities face not only viewing artifacts in museums, but also interacting with human and non-human objects. Therefore, the theory of actor network can be introduced to solve such complex problems.Establish a network of stakeholders involved in the museum exhibition experience and guide the design strategy.Method: 1.This paper analyzes the current situation of museum barrier-free design and the trend of domestic and foreign research on museum digitization and makes a trend summary of the interactive experience of museum exhibition.Through the case study of all kinds of interactive equipment in museums and the research on the exhibition process of disabled users’ museums, this paper analyzes the behavior and potential demand of disabled users.2.Under the guidance of the actor network theory, the process of solving problems and designing products is described as a process of stakeholder network construction through translation. The OPP of museum interaction barrier-free is proposed, and the method of museum barrier-free interactive design based on the theory of actor network is established.3.Through OPP,the product positioning, product strategy and interactive design strategy of museum interactive barrier-free products are established.Through the Bowuzhixing Guided Tour Service design case, the translation of museum barrier-free interaction research methods based on actor network theory is illustrated in the field of design.Bowuzhixing Guided Tour Service is a service for disabled users, ordinary users of a universal barrier-free viewing software. The access experience for people with disabilities has also improved, maximizing user satisfaction with the product. The right of persons with disabilities to equal access to knowledge and the right to education is guaranteed.Ultimately,it improves the access of persons with disabilities to information exchange and environment,so as to meet their psychological needs with a richer exhibition experience. Conclusion: 1.China’s museums have made great progress in the construction of barrierfree facilities, but the research focus is basically on meeting the basic needs of the cultural experience of museums with disabilities. The study of barriers to communication and interaction between disabled users and others in the museum environment,i.e.,the issue of interactive accessibility,is relatively vacant.Museum guided products for people with disabilities are few,and a small number of museum guided products have special features for disabled users, but the average quality of the products is poor,it is difficult to enhance the user’s museum viewing experience. This paper summarizes the five trends of interactive experience design in museum exhibitions: new technology trend, strong interaction trend, emotional trend,co-creation trend and personalized trend.2.A fourstep solution to museum interactive barrier-free design based on actor network theory is summarized: the first step is to identify interaction problems in museums, the second step is to define the actors involved in the above-mentioned issues, the third step is to conduct research and obtain obstacles or problems for each actor, the fourth step is to clarify the mandatory access points in the network,to propose product strategies for barrier-free interactive products, and interactive design strategies.3.Use design practices to validate the four-step solution to museum interaction barrier-free design based on actor network theory.A barrier-free interactive system for the Museum of Natural Knowledge for disabled users has been developed. It provides "guided tour","viewing exhibition","museum library" and "store" function to provide users with personalized barrier-free interactive tour service, which solves the problem that the target user has a higher barrier to interaction in the museum. |
