China is in a critical period of economic and social transformation and development.In order to meet the need to develop a new normal,we must use Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era as a guide to implement the five development concepts of "innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing",change ideas,and update technology.In order to build a prosperous,strong,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful country,we strongly advocate supply-side structural reforms.This paper sets out the overall requirements for building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society,constructs a theoretical system for the compensation benefits of hydropower to the power system,reveals the mechanism of hydropower compensation for the power system,and proposes a quantified calculation method for ecological environmental compensation benefits,energy conservation compensation benefits,and social compensation benefits.The example calculations demonstrate the feasibility and rationality of the research results,and provide reference for improving the status and role of hydropower in the power supply structure.This article has important theoretical and practical significance.The main research results obtained in the study are as follows:(1)This paper constructs a theoretical system for the compensation benefits of hydropower to the power system.This paper systematically elaborates the conceptual connotation of the benefits of hydropower compensation to the power system,and the computerized theory of compensation benefits.It also summarizes the compensation benefits as ecological environmental compensation benefits,energy conservation compensation benefits,and social compensation benefits.Among them,the eco-environmental compensation benefits include three parts:oxygen ecological compensation benefits,emission reduction compensation benefits,and decontamination compensation benefits.This paper constructs a theoretical system for the compensation benefits of hydropower to the power system.This paper systematically elaborates the conceptual connotation of the benefits of hydropower compensation to the power system to meet the needs of energy supply side reform and hydropower green development.(2)Research on the compensation mechanism of hydropower to power system.Using the theory of energy value and economic externality,the impact of hydropower on the power grid evaluation index of the power grid is taken into account,revealing the compensation mechanism of hydropower to the power system.The mechanism of the compensation benefits of hydropower to the power system can be expressed as:As a clean energy source,hydropower has changed the energy input structure of the power grid when it is added to the power grid,and at the same time it has reduced the negative effects of power generation in the power grid system.As a result,power grids and thermal power plants and other related units have reduced their investment costs while retaining the same benefits.The construction and operation of hydropower has changed the interests of the entire power grid and thermal power plants.The change in interest is part of the compensation benefits of hydropower to the power system.(3)Research on Multi-Objective Joint Scheduling Model of Hydropower and Thermal Power Generation.From the perspective of energy-saving emission reduction and building a beautiful society,the goal of selecting the minimum coal consumption and the minimum amount of polluting gas in thermal power units is selected,and a multi-objective joint scheduling model for hydropower and thermal power is established.Taking a power grid containing three thermal power plants and four hydroelectric power plants as an example,the model was tested and optimized using a class of electromagnetic algorithm algorithms.(4)Research on the Compensation Benefits of Hydropower to Power System Ecological Environment.The compensation benefits of hydropower to the ecological environment of the power system include emission reduction compensation benefits,oxygen ecological compensation benefits,and decontamination compensation benefits.A cost-effective compensation model for the reduction of Hydropower to Power System,a combined hydropower and thermal power multi-objective scheduling model were established,and a quantitative study of compensation benefits was conducted using the research grid as an example.The results of the study showed that the hydropower of the power grid under study reduced SO2 emissions by 10,940 t per year,reduced NOx emissions by 4,860 t,and reduced TSP emissions by 1700 t.The resulting emission reduction benefits for all types of pollutants are:SO2's emission reduction compensation benefit is 6,907,400 yuan,NOx's emission reduction compensation benefit is 3,070000 yuan,and TSP's emission reduction compensation benefit is 468,200 yuan,totaling 10,445,600 yuan/year;The benefits of oxygen ecological compensation are 1,919,925 yuan/year;the benefit of pollution compensation is 27,440,000 yuan/year.(5)Research on Energy Saving Compensation Benefits of Hydropower to Power System.The change in interest resulting from the changes in coal prices caused by the integration of hydropower into the power grid,changes in coal consumption,and changes in the benefits of thermal power plants are called the energy-saving compensation benefits of hydropower to the power system.This paper establishes a cost-based model for Energy Saving Compensation Benefits of Hydropower to Power System,a joint hydropower and thermal power multi-objective joint dispatch model,and uses the research grid as an example to study the quantification of compensation benefits.The results of the study show that the annual energy-saving compensation benefit of the four hydropower stations in the power grid is 35,3866,000 yuan.(6)Study on Social Compensation Benefits of Hydropower to Power System.The integration of hydropower reduces the compensation of the entire society to the use of coal external economics in thermal power generation.The change in related interests is the social compensation benefit of hydropower to the power system.Social compensation benefits include ecological compensation benefits for mining areas,transportation compensation benefits,and safety production compensation benefits.The results of the study show that the social compensation benefit of the four hydropower stations in the grid is 5.88 million yuan per year.
