| With the rapid development of agricultural mechanization in China,the requirements of equipment performance and test features of new type agricultural test machines become higher and higher.Agricultural Machine Soil-bin Testing Platform is an effective device to test the full machine or key components of agriculture machine,it can make up the shortage of field experiment,provide reliable data for new agricultural machine design and has important significance to promote technology innovation.Aiming to save the cost as well as to improve the effeciency of testing and the accuracy and reliability of testing data,the current soil-bin testing equipment is undergoing the process of transforming from single unit with single function to comprehensive testing platform with multifunction.The generalization and concentration of testing devices is the tendency.According to the current situation that the existing soil-bin testing platform has some shortages and can’t satisfy the testing requirement of new style agriculture machine,a new set of soil-bin testing platform is researched and developed.This experiment platform integrates the computer technology,PLC technology,variable-frequency regulating speed technology,hydraulic technology,embedded real-time system,PXI bus and multi-sensor information integration technology,it is a comprehensive agriculture machinery testing platform which is convenient to use and has great generality.This paper firstly reviews the development situation of soil-bin testing platform,presents the design requirements,and determines the design scheme.Then discusses the design and realization process of each component,including soil-bin substrates,move orbit,trolley integration,electric and hydraulic control system,trolley running parameters monitor system,test equipment,test software etc.More details about the research is as follows:(1)The configuration parameters and function requirements are ascertained by analyse.It can satisfy the experimental study requirements on such soil-working tools as single plow,harrow,shovel,furrower,compactor,rotary tillage and so on;in addition,it is also applicable to the experiments on complete machine or digging parts for harvesting root-tuber crops such as peanuts and potatoes.(2)The function components are selected and integrated to a soil-bin testing platform,including driving device,hydraulic equipment,soil restoration device,hanging equipment,measurement sensors and control system.This make it possible for a single man to operate the whole testing platform.(3)New technologys are used to design the soil-bin car to control it’s movement,power output and other parts based on PLC,to controll moving,power exporting and other parts of the car,to achieve rapid drive,effective trasmission,stepless timing,bidirectional control of rear hanging system and spraying control of water pump,etc.(4)This system uses multi-sensor technology and serial communication technology to monitor the running state of the soil-bin car by a industrial control computer,adopting Object Oriented Programming method to get various parameters concerning operation time,moving speed,power-output shaft torque,rotating speed and power as well as rear suspension system,hydraulic output pump and water tank pump by implementing real-time test,display and storage of related data in course of soil-bin trolley operation.(5)Bar and rack mounting model dynamometric device designed by ourselves consist of a set of three-point suspended and five-lever sensor and link span generally applied in parts experiment.Pressure sensors and angle sensors are included in the system.The bar size and connection mode do not need to change in the design to get high compatibility with most agricultural machines.A PXI-1042 host computer from NI company are used,including shockproof hardware,embedded controller and 6133,6008 data collecting card,to analyse the three-dimension pressure state of the machine.The advantages of this system are reflected in such respects as convenient process of dismounting and assembly,high transportability and general application to tractor’s pulling experiment both in soil bin and in fields.(6)The measuring and testing system for Agricultural machine experiment realizes the real-time experiment data’s collection,processing,storage and display by applying Lab VIEW program based software for the host computer of the system.Making common functional modules to sub VI make it easy to transplant and expand.(7)The analysis of the design and results of the soil-bin measuring and testing system experiment has been implemented.Integrated equipment of 4H-2 separate peanut harvester and 4HBL-4 dig-shovel of peanut combine of peanut digging shovel combineharvesters are chosen as subjects for loading experiment in soil-bin so as to test their load-carrying capacity.The analysis to experiment data shows the reliability and precision of the system.This paper introduces the whole developing process of the soil-bin testing platform,which is a good reference to same products.The five-lever sensor dynamometer is proposed and the bar and rack mounting model dynamometric device is made,which is a new attemption.The PXI hardware structure and Lab View software technology are introduced to the system,which improve the synchronization capability,expansibility,transplantability,adaptability of the system.With the testing and actual experiment on the newly-developed system,the results show that the operation of the system is stable with sound transferability and compatibility.Compared to current soil-bin testing system,the new system makes substantial improvement in its function and reliability as well as in such performances as the repeatability of experiment date and degree of automation. |
