When the performance testing of agriculture machinery processes in the field, it will be constrained by the farming season, normal seasons, and many other conditions, so in-door soil bin will become the necessary test equipment of agricultural machinery research.The soil in the soil bin can be processed by kinds of ways, to simulate the working environment of the field soil and its repeatability is good. It is not affected by outside factors such as climate, weather and natural environment.Soil bin test can shorten the design cycle of agriculture, raise the research efficiency. It is very important to speed up the development of agricultural mechanization and agricultural modernization in the economic areaThis article is about the requirement of pick-up, unloading device and cost reduction, mainly adopting by RWD, frequency control to develop the small soil bin testing trolley.For experimental requirements of plastic film collector,deign the maniature mobile soil bin testing system,moreover,the theoretical analysis,the finite element analysis and vibration measurement system analysis were conducted on the maniature mobile soil bin testing system.(1)Deign the soil bin testing system according to the requirement of pick-up and unloading device,including structure, transmission system, control system and guide system of the soil bin testing system.According to theoretical analysis, we constructs a 3D model to the light small soil bin testing system.Speed test on soil bin test-bed using anemometer and the error analysis for velocity test results, analysis of the results.(2)Using ANSYS software to simulate the soil tank frame and the key parts.Static analysis results show that the soil trough frame trolley floor with a large deformation, according to the results of reinforced floor support.The results of analysis show that the maximum stress of the shaft is 175.75 MPa, which meets the design requirements. The establishment of mathematical model of the test bed frame is using rigid finite element method. Finite element modal analysis method is used to analyze the model of the soil tank test-bed. The results of analysis show that the working frequency of first order and second order vibration frequency are close to pick up the film, the film removing mechanism, so the resonance phenomenon may occur.(3)In order to avoid the sympathetic vibration between testing brace frame and plastic film collector.Building the Soil bin testing system by using the acceleration sensor, data-conditioner and DAQ Card base on the LabVIEW software.(4)Test of the vibration of soil bin testing system was carried out by using the vibration test and analysis system. The results of analysis show that the maximum vibration frequency of the soil tank testing system is 4Hz and the maximum vibration amplitude is 12 mm. Soil bin testing car can do the membrane unloading test.It is necessary that strengthen the inflexibility of testing brace frame.
