My teachor, Chief Physician Chang Zhensen has worked in the clinical work more than 40 years.He learns constantly, thinks deeply in theory. He explores, summarizes perpetually in clinical work.He has noble medical ethics, rich clinical experience and superb medical technology.1.Academic thoughts originChang Zhensen begined to learn TCM from his grandfather from childhood,and then learned from the national physician master Li Yuqi. His academic thoughts were established slowly in the long-term theory study and clinical practice.First, a comprehensive study, deeply understanding of Neijing. Neijing attached great importance to the holism concept, unity of man and universe. Spleen as the hub of human body, lifting up and down, mediating left and right sides, has important physiological function and pathophysiologic mechanism. This is the theory origin of his earliest academic thought. Second, Treatise on Febrile Disease, one of Zhang Zhongjing's monographs, mainly discussed diagnosises and treatments of the extrnal infection disease, also attached great importance to the spleen and stomach. In Zhang Zhongjing's Golden Chamber Synopsis, most prescription such as Xiaojianzhong decoction and Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction, emphasized to warmly support spleen and stomach. These prescription refining, rigorous, are known as the originator and basis of TCM prescription.Physician Li Dongyuan in Jinyuan Dynasty, wrote Theory of Spleen and Stomach, founded the TCM theory of spleen and stomach.He held that internal injury of spleen and stomach would cause numerous diseases and expounded the principle, method, prescription and medicine of spleen and stomach disease. Chang Zhensen's prescriptions commonly used in the clinical, such as Buzhong Yiqi Decoction, Shengyang Yiwei Decoction, Yiwei Decoction and Zhizhu Pill, comed from this book. Four Sacred Heart Source, expounded on the spleen rising and stomach descending of Taiji circle movement theory, sent the clinical attention to strengthening the spleen and stomach when herb are prescribed.The Circular Movement of the Ancient TCM, wrote by Peng Ziyi in Qing Dynasty, unified the twenty-four solar terms, Yin and Yang, five elements, six Qi and disease medication as a circular motion completely and systematically,held that the Meridian Qi as a wheel, the Central Qi as a axis and the Central Qi was the fundamental of the Meridian Qi. Makes free with the classical prescription.3 Typical medical record analysis and commonly used formula in clinicalReferring to the theory of spleen and kidney, Chang Zhensen makes good use of the Kidney Life Theory to treat spleen and stomach disease.All have good curative effect in clinical, such as reflux esophagitis, superficial gastritis, atrophic gastritis and gastric ulcer.4 A clinical trial of treating diarrhea of spleen kidney Yang deficiency type by warming kidney and tonifying spleenObjective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the kidney and spleen antidiarrheal soup and to provide basis of using Kideny Life Theory to treat spleen and stomach disease.Methods:According to the standard syndromes of TCM diagnostic criteria,60 patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type diarrhea were randomly selected and assigned to two groups, the test group and the control group,30 cases in each group.In the test group, Shenqi-pill, Sishen-pill, dangshen, atractylodes, radix aucklandiae and amomum as the basic formula, along with the symptom to add and subtract, decoct with water, take one agent orally daily, a month for a period of treatment.The primary symptom and minor symptom were observed.Results:The clinical trial showed that the recovery in 18 cases (60%),8 cases were markedly improved (26.67%), effective in 4 cases (13.33%), effective rate was 100% in test group.The overall curative effect significantly better than control group.
