Objective:1 Explore parts of pathogenesis regularity and risk factors of asthma with damp-heat syndrome in children. 2 improvethe the preparation methods of rat model with damp-heat syndrome of asthma. 3 Explore the therapentic and mechamism of the Jiawei Yinchenhao decoction for asthma with damp-heat syndrome.Methods:Clinical research:Formulate cases questionnaire,to statistical description of the relevant information, and find risk factors of asthma with damp-heat syndrome in children by Logistic regression analysis. Experimental study:1 The rats were fed high-fat and high-protein diet, regularly placed in hot and humid environment, combined with intraperitoneal injection and inhalation of ovalbumin solution to induce the animal model of asthma with damp-heat syndrome. Compared with the normal rats and pure asthma rats, to evalue the model animals by biological indicators;2 The rats were divided into different groups. Normal rats as blank control, the asthma with damp-heat syndrome model rats as negative,and examethasone treatment positive as positive drug control.Observe the general situation and behavior performance ? the incubation period of asthma?blood fat?Lung tissue pathology?IL-12 / IL-13 in serum?TGF-?1/Smad3 and SP/VIP in lung tissue. Explore the therapentic and mechamism of the Jiawei Yinchenhao decoction for asthma with damp-heat syndrome.Results:1 There were more males children attacked by asthma with damp-heat syndrome. Preschool and school-age children and overweight children had high incidence. Inasthma acute attack period and chronic duration, the damp-heat syndrome could be shown. more patients were sick in summer and fall. More patients would like eating sweets, animal protein and snacks produced from factory. History of eczema, fat-sweet diet and warm-thick clothes are risk factors of asthma with damp-heat syndrome. 2 The rat model of asthma with damp-heat syndrome can be established by hyperlipoproteinmic diet, combined with hot-humid environment and ovalbumin excitation. 3 Jiawei Yinchenhao decoction can improve asthma symptoms and signs of damp-heat syndrome in rats,lower blood lipid levels,reduce the airway inflammation,against the airway remodeling,increase the serum level of IL-12, reduce the level of IL-13, reduced TGF-?1/Smad3 expression of lung tissue,reduce the content of SP,increase the content of VIP.Conclusion :1 History of eczema, fat-sweet diet and warm-thick clothes are risk factors of asthma with damp-heat syndrome. 2 The rat model of asthma with damp-heat syndrome can be established by hyperlipoproteinmic diet, combined with hot-humid environment and ovalbumin excitation. 3 Jiawei Yinchenhao decoction has a therapeutic effect on model rats of asthma with damp-heat syndrome. Its mechanism may be related to it can regulate the level of IL-12 / IL-13?TGF-?1/Smad3?SP/VIP.
