| Objective: Through clinical research,the clinical efficacy of jiawei dingchuan decoction in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma at the acute attack stage was observed.Method: selected from the outpatient service of Professor Ren Qin and Guoyi Hall of First Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin Medical University during the period of November 2018-2020 January,the children who met the diagnostic standard of Western medicine for children 's asthma and the diagnostic standard of traditional Chinese medicine for heat asthma,the outpatient service sequence was serially numbered and divided into two groups according to the random number method: the treatment group was given oral Jiawei Dingchuan decoction combined with conventional atomization treatment;the control group was given oral Xiaoer Feire Kechuan oral liquid combined with conventional atomization treatment;30 cases in each group.7 days is a course of treatment.Before treatment,3 days of treatment,and 7 days of treatment,fill in the TCM symptom and sign classification quantification table respectively.Use SPSS21.0 statistical software to analyze the quantitative indicators before and after treatment,and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant,and the total curative effect of the disease was evaluated.Result:1.The number of male children in the survey sample is more than that of female children.There are 44 male children and 16 female children in the two groups,the ratio of male to female is 2.75:1.There were 23 male and 7 female children in the treatment group.In the control group,there were 21 male children and 9 female children.There was no statistical difference in gender composition between the two groups,and the two groups were comparable(P > 0.05).The age of the two groups were mainly distributed in the pre school age,the treatment group was 4.100 ± 0.995 years old,the control group was 3.933 ± 1.048 years old,there was no statistical difference in the age distribution between the two groups,the two groups were comparable(P > 0.05).There was no statistical difference in the scores of each symptom and sign in the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).The total scores of main symptoms and signs,secondary symptoms and signs and TCM syndromes in the treatment group were 18.33 ± 2.106,12.90 ± 4.088 and 31.23 ± 5.008,respectively,while those in the control group were 17.53 ± 3.391,12.97 ± 5.048 and 30.50 ± 6.996,respectively.There was no statistical difference between the two groups,with comparability(P > 0.05).2.After 3 days of treatment,the main symptoms and signs,the secondary symptoms and signs,the total score of the main symptoms and signs and the total score of the secondary symptoms and signs in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).In the main symptoms and signs of asthma,chest distress,wheezing sound and secondary symptoms of phlegm,the effect of the treatment group was faster than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the remaining items(P > 0.05).In terms of the total score of main symptoms and signs and the total score of secondary symptoms and signs,the treatment group was 8.467 ± 3.664,7.867 ± 3.776,and the control group was 10.93 ± 4.093,8.733 ± 3.413,which indicated that the treatment group had faster effect and better effect(P < 0.05).3.After 7 days of treatment,in terms of the total scores of the main symptoms and signs,the secondary symptoms and signs and TCM syndromes,the treatment group was 3.400 ± 2.883,3.300 ± 2.548,6.700 ± 4.036,the control group was 7.000 ± 3.553,5.833 ± 2.103,12.83 ± 4.169.In terms of the total score of main symptoms and signs and symptoms and signs of single asthma,chest tightness,cough and wheeze,the treatment group had better efficacy(P<0.05).In terms of the total score of secondary symptoms and signs,single symptom of nasal congestion,runny nose,sticky sputum,restless sleeping at night,and irritability,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the remaining iterms(P>0.05).The comparison of the total score of TCM syndromes showed that P < 0.05,indicating that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.In the treatment group,3 cases were controlled clinically,24 cases were effective,3 cases were effective;in the control group,16 cases were effective 13 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective(P < 0.05 by comparison).The total effective rate and control rate of the treatment group were 100% and 90%,while the total effective rate and control rate of the control group were 96.7% and 53.3%.There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P > 0.05),and there was significant difference in control rate between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.5.During the treatment of the two groups of children according to the treatment plan,no temporary palliative drugs were used,and no severe cases were reported,indicating that the two groups of drugs can well control the condition of children with mild asthma.6.The vital signs of the two groups were stable in the whole process of treatment,and no obvious abnormality was found in the general examination items(body temperature,heart rate,respiration,blood pressure),and no obvious adverse reactions were found,indicating that the drug safety was good.Conclusion: Jiawei Dingchuan decoction combined with routine atomization inhalation has a good clinical effect,can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of children with asthma of Heat Asthma during acute attack stage,especially can quickly improve the main symptoms and signs such as asthma,chest tightness,wheezing sound,coughing up phlegm,etc.,and can well improve the secondary symptoms such as nasal obstruction,runny nose yellow viscous,restlessness,restlessness at night,etc.,which is safe and effective,worthy of clinical popularization and
