Objective:Spleen-stomach disease usually has a long course and is prone to recurrence,and the incidence of it is significantly increased.Professor Xie Jingri who engaged in clinical for nearly forty years,and devoted himself to the study of the spleen-stomach disease.The subject gives a systematic and deep summarizing,sorting and researching on the academic thought and clinical experience of Professor Xie Jingri in spleen-stomach disease.Explore and analyze the law of the diagnosis and of stomachache.Inherit and carry forward the academic thought of famous old doctor of TCM,learn from the experience of treating Spleen-stomach disease,and improve the therapeutic effect.Methods:Part one,academic thought source of Professor Xie Jingri.Use the methods of access and survey to explore the ancient books,which have profound influence on Professor Xie Jingri's thoughts.Further,based on the academic idea,the source of Professor Xie Jingri is traced back.Part two,academic thought and clinical experience.Study on the works,papers and typical cases of Professor Xie Jingri,which can reflect his academic thought and clinical experience of syndrome differentiation of Spleen-stomach disease,and combine with the methods of follow-up or interview,to sum up his academic thoughts and clinical experience.Part three,study on the diagnosis and treatment of stomachache.The medical records of stomachache diagnosed with Professor Xie Jingri are collected,collated,screened,and medical record information is entered,and a database is established.Data mining methods including frequency statistics,association rules,improved mutual information methods,complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clu stering are applied based on TCM transmission assisted platform software(v2.5).The general data and symptom data in the database are analyzed by frequency statistics,symptom regularity,and clustering of symptoms to get the rules and characteristics of the onset of stomachache.Frequency statistics,drug volume law analysis,group law analysis and new square analysis are performed on the therapeutic drugs,the aim of which is to investigate the medication rule of treating stomachache by Professor Xie Jingri.Frequency statistics,group wise rule analysis,and new square analysis are performed for each syndrome type of stomachache,with the aim of investigating its rules of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Part four,the research progress of TCM diagnosis and treatment of stomachache.Use the method of literature review,to analysis the etiology and pathogenesis and treatment of stomachache.Result: The study is divided into four parts.The first part explores the academic source of Professor Xie Jingri.The academic thought originates from ancient books and the theory of liver and spleen correlation.The theory includes three parts: the liver and spleen are especially emphasized in the five viscera organs;liver and spleen are related in physiology and pathology.And analyze the relationship between liver and spleen from the point of view of modern medicine.Part two,generalization and research of academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Xie Jingri diagnosis and treatment of spleen-stomach disease.Professor Xie Jingri treats diseases from a holistic perspective,making good use of image thinking and flexible syndrome differentiation,so as to achieve "neutralization".The methods of regulating qi,treating dampness and uniting body and mind are the embodiment of the idea of simultaneous treatment of liver and spleen.In addition,there are other academic thoughts,such as the method of promoting blood circulation and dredging vein,paying attention to regulating the spleen-stomach and carefully monitoring the survival and death of stomach qi,and the theory of treating by combining formula.The third part,the analysis of the rule of diagnosis and treatment of stomachache.1.General information shows that the age distribution is mostly between 40 and 69 years old,and the female incidence rate is 64.10%.There are 609 cases of stomachache caused by chronic gastritis,accounting for71.14%,while there are 298 cases of Chronic non-atrophic gastritis,accounting for 48.93%.The first complication is chronic cholecystitis.2.The results of symptom data show that the main pain types of stomachache are distension pain,gastric occult pain,and heartburn pain(cumulative percentage up to 84.43%).Stomach distension,indigestion and loss of appetite,burning heart,regurgitation,hiccups are the top five accompanying symptoms.Dark red tongue,tooth-marked tongue((48.24%cumulatively),yellow putty coating,white or greasy coat(46.64%cumulatively),string pulse or concomitant string pulse(59.98%cumulatively),are the common tongue and pulses of stomachache.The symptom clustering results are generally consistent with Professor Xie Jingri's criteria of syndrome differentiation for stomachache.3.The results of drug data show that the top ten drugs,core drugs and commonly used drug combinations.The above points are the dominant medication rules of Professor Xie Jingri for the treatment of stomachache.In addition,18 core drug combinations and 9 new prescriptions are obtained.Those may reflect the law of hidden group prescription for stomachache treated by Professor Xie Jingri.4.Results of statistical analysis of data on common syndromes of stomachache show the top 8 syndrome differentiation types of stomachache,and the core drugs and new prescriptions of each syndrome type are obtained.The fourth part summarized the theoretical cognition and experimental research on the etiology and pathogenesis of stomachache.The experience of treating stomachache with TCM is explored from the perspectives of syndrome differentiation,special prescription and experience of famous doctors.The review points out that few doctors can use the theories related to liver-spleen to treat stomachache,and advocate the use of data mining technology for inheritance research.Conclusion:The academic thoughts and origins of treating spleen-stomach diseases are combed stomachache,spleen deficiency and dampness heat and qi stagnation is the basic pathogenesis.Liver depression and spleen deficiency are the key pathogenesis.Nocturnal pain,associated with poor sleep,and mostly occurring in middle-aged and older women are disease features.The medication rule of Professor Xie Jingri in treating stomachache was explored.Composite syndrome differentiation was
