The Study Of Chronic Urticaria Treatment Medication Rules By The Modern Famous Old Doctors Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

ObjectiveThis article of research study is to collect and sort out the medical records of the treatment of chronic urticaria by the modern famous old Chinese Medicine doctors,creating the database of chronic urticaria medical records.Through using the computer system data analysis and the modern data statistics methods,seeking for the summarization of the medications rules of chronic urticaria treatment and thoughts of differentiation and treatment by the modern famous old Chinese Medicine doctors.On the other hand,ten top common herbs used by the modern famous old Chinese Medicine doctors were reviewed.This explained the effect of herbs on the treatment of chronic urticaria and make it more convincing.It is hoped that this study will provide a clinical reference for the treatment of chronic urticaria in Chinese medicine.Moreover,it can contribute to the standardized guidelines for the clinical treatment of chronic urticaria.MethodsBy exploring,collecting and sorting the medical records(1949-present)of the treatment of chronic urticaria by the modern famous old Chinese Medicine doctors,creating the database of the chronic urticaria treatment medical records,summarizing the drug composition,symptoms,syndromes and treatment methods etc..According to its drug efficacy classification,its four natures,its five flavors,its meridians and other characteristics,carrying out classification,induction,and by the application of frequency,clustering and other statistical methods for analysis.Also,the symptoms of the chronic urticaria medical records are being analyzed by the frequency and cluster analyzation.Finally,analyzing and discussing by integrated with the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the top ten common herbs modern pharmacology,in order to peeping out the medication rules,medication characteristics and the differentiation rules of chronic urticaria treament by the modern famous old Chinese medicine doctors.ResultsAfter searching and reading,in the series "Hundred years of modern China hundred clinical Chinese Medicine doctor collection" search to be eligible for inclusion criteria of chronic urticaria medical records and with specific prescriptions in the medical books were found in 6 books;in the "Hundred y ears of China hundred clinical Chinese Medicine doctor collection" search to be eligible for inclusion criteria of chronic urticaria medical record s and with specific prescriptions in the medical books were found in 8 bo oks;in the "China Network Knowledge Database","Wanfang Data Resource System" and "Chinese Biomedical Literature Database",51 literatures,papers or articles were got that were matched to the inclusion references.In this study,total 111 medical records were collected and sorted;a total number of 111 formulas were recorded;205 drug types were used;at otal number of 1287 drug frequencies were used;the average frequency of each kind of Chinese medicine used was counted as 6.28 times.The results of this study found that the main drug efficacy treating chronic urticaria used by the modern famous old Chinese Medicine were tonification drugs,diaphoretic drugs,heat-clearing drugs and wind-damp dispelling drugs.According to sy mptoms supplemented by using dampness and diuresis elimination drugs,pro moting blood circulation by removing blood stasis drugs and liver pacifyi ng wind subduing drugs.Sweet flavor drugs,acrid flavor drugs and bitter flavor drugs as the main usage of drug flavor.Warm drugs,cold drugs and n eutral drugs as the core usage of drug nature.Liver meridian,spleen meridian and lung meridian as the main usage of channels.Heart meridian,stomach meridian,kidney meridian and urinary bladder meridian as the minor usage of channels.Associated with the medical database of chronic urticaria to summarize the results of the analysis orderly.The top ten frequency drugs used in chronic urticaria treament by the modern famous old Chinese medicine doctors are:Radix saposhnikovia,Licorice,Angelica sinensis,Cortex dictamni,Astragalus,Paeonia lactiflora,Atractylodes macrocephala,Schizonepeta tenuifolia,Ramulus cinnamomi,Rehmannia glutinosa/Ligusticum chuanxiong hort.;the first ten key drugs are:Radix saposhnikovia,Astragalus,Atractylodes,Angelica sinensis,Ramulus cinnamomi,Paeonia lactiflora,Cortex dictamni,Schizonepeta tenuifolia,Poria,Rehmannia glutinosa;the first ten combination of drugs are:"Astragalus and Radix saposhnikovia",Astragalus","Licorice and Radix saposhnikovia","Atractylodes macrocephala and Radix saposhnikovia",''Schizonepeta tenuifolia and Radix saposhnikovia ","Astragalus and Atractylodes macrocephala' "Angelica sinensis and Radix saposhnikovia","Astragalus and Angelica sinensis"," Astragalus,Atractylodes macrocephala and Radix saposhnikovia"," Paeonia lactiflora and Ramulus cinnamomi","Angelica sinensis and Paeonia lactiflora".The study found seven potential new formulas.The first ten key symptoms are:itchin g,wheals,insomnia,red-coloured rash,light red-coloured rash,night wo rsening,constipation,anorexia,skin scratches test positive,dry mouth.This study found five potential combinations of symptoms.ConclusionBased on the results of this study,we found that the basic medication rules of the chronic urticaria treatment by the modern famous old Chinese Medicine doctors mostly keep ying and weiqi in balance.Yupingfeng San is as the basis for medication.The potential formulas reveal that chronic urticaria is related to wind,sputum,wet,qi and blood,ying and weiqi,yin and yang,spleen and kidney.The disease is deficienct in origin but excess in superficiality.The syudy found that drug combination is mostly come from Yupingfeng powder,Guizhi soup,Danggui Buxue decoction etc.And the combination of potential symptoms suggest a new syndrome differentiation direction.Corresponding new formulas can be considered for the treatment.
