Based on the huge amounts of stroke medical records from famous doctor workstation,the study of Imagery thinking mode of TCM diagnosis and treatment based on theemergence of symptom-syndrome of stroke according to relevant build the ideation and manifestation of TCM diagnosis,and treatment of neural network system,break through the bottleneck of objective expression imagery-thinking,study the stroke syndromes in the evolution of the law and the characteristics of syndrome that "isdynamic time and space,interior-excess and exterior-deficiency and multi-dimensional interface",and relationship between emergence of heat-phlegm and sthenic-fu syndrome and disease prognosis,in order to interprets ideation and manifestation mode of TCM diagnosis and treatment as "Taking Phenomenon as factor,factor as phenotype,phenotype as syndrome,according to the testimony of disease,square card corresponding".The combination of emergency theory and holism will provide a revelation for the intermediation of imagery and ontology.As a part of the research content,this study aims to relieving phlegm heat empirical syndrome of dynamic space-time evolution,analysis of phlegm heat relieving excess in real external virtual characteristics,with the help of the neural network model of artificial intelligence to relieving phlegm heat empirical prediction,using hidden markov model reveals the evolution of relieving phlegm heat empirical law.As far as we know,dialectical treatment is called into question currently.Under the monism of TCM,syndrome is imagery-thinking identify the laws of the complex thinking process of TDS.In recent years,the rise of artificial neural network is a kind of simulating the structure of the brain neural synaptic connections way to convey information of a kind of mathematical model,which can be understood as the abstract calculation model of the human brain,this model can through own complex network model dealing with the relationship between a large number of nodes,so as to achieve the purpose of processing information Due to the complexity and unpredictability of the human body and disease,the complicated nonlinear system is very suitable for Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of the data processing and analysisBased on the importance of the stroke prevention research,the urgency of the academic experience of inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the scientific nature of the data mining method based on the research content,this paper will be divided into three parts.First,through the acute phase of stroke were retrospectively analyzed medical record,summarizes the phlegm heat relieving empirical clinical characteristics.Extract structured data information from nearly 1803 stroke patients's medical record,compare the empirical and phlegm heat relieving phlegm heat relieving patients with empirical information,from the basic information of patients incidence?Clinical symptoms to diagnosis,inductive,statistical analysis.From the overall view,using the factor analysis and cluster analysis to explain the characteristics of syndrome that is" dynamic time and space,interior-excess involving the meridians and 70-79 years old group for apoplexy involving the viscera.Phlegm-heat and fu-organ excess syndrome of individuals with personal history focused on smoking,drinking,irritable,eating and cardio-cerebrovascular disease family history,whose onset time with no specificity.Stroke patients with Phlegm-heat and fu-organ excess syndrome before the onset associated with bust weakness,dizziness and partial body numb symptom and could be caused by sudden mood disorders or overworked.Chief complaints with hemiplegia,speech Jian acerbity,partial body numbness,dizziness,mouth askew and headache.Accompanied with partial body numbness and dizzy patients,the illness is lighter,easy development of channels and collaterals,phlegm tamer application of relieving symptoms quickly;However,the patients with narcolepsy suddenly become more serious,and they belong to the zang-fu organs,and the symptoms persist for longer.Phlegm-heat and fu-organ excess's distribution of space with time,distributes most in the first point,and distributes least in third point.Otherwise,the channels and collaterals emerged most in point 2,and visceral syndrome appeared in point 1.More elements in the evolution of the three points,the positive factors,to the evolution of deficiency syndrome,empirical wind phlegm relieving real hot Wet phlegm and blood syndrome and heat syndrome after relieving the gas unobstructedThe good discriminant rate of deep learning to the phlegm-heat and fu-organ excess as well as other related syndromes makes differentiation of TCM repeatability.The hidden markov model has certain predictive value for the evolution of the phlegm-heat and fu-organ excess syndrome.
