Institute of Hanlin Academicians and Historiography Academy(???) were combined to one institution in Yuan Dynasty, and this combination inherited the relationship of Institute of Hanlin Academicians and Historiography Academy in Jin Dynasty. Yizhengyuan(???)established in late Jin Dynasty showed the distance between Institute of Hanlin Academicians and the imperial power, and the disappearing of advisory function in the central political to Institute of Hanlin Academicians. Institute of Hanlin Academicians in Jin Dynasty showed the obvious trend of the increasing of function of copy writer and weakening of political advisory function. And this trend influenced the function of Hanlin institutions in Yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasties. The different political participation and political future of Wanyan Kuang(???)and Zhao Bingwen(???)in late Jin Dynasty specifically showed the political discrepancy between Jurchen and Han officials in Institute of Hanlin Academicians.
