Discussion On Hanlin Academicians And Literature In Early Medium-term Tang Dynasty

The Hanlin Academicians, as high-status political literators, have more knowledge and acquirement than other literators. The Hanlin Academicians in Early Medium-term Tang Dynasty crated a large number of poems which influenced many literators when they exercised their political function. This paper will start from this point and study the function and works of this group of literators from their true life and their feelings in order to explain and conclude the relationship between Hanlin Academicians and literature.The status research on the Hanlin Academicians in Early Medium-term Tang Dynasty and the research methods and the significance of the topic will be outlined in the introduction of this paper. The body will be divided into five parts. Chapter four will discuss Hanlin Academicians’ contribution to craving posy, translating Buddhist scriptures and writing during their work from their literature livery and also discuss their influence from their profession and status. Chapter five will study Hanlin Academicians’ traveling and works and explain their construction to literature from teasing mental situation and traveling for wholly and objectively realizing the true life of Hanlin Academicians in Early Middle Tang Dynasty.As the changing of mentality of Hanlin Academicians, the literary output gradually becomes pragmatic. Learning different Academicians’ crating situation is good for realizing their creative features. Meanwhile,through showing the creative particularity of Hanlin Academicians and other literators, we can deeply understand the development of politics and literature and influence which they give to literary world. Therefore, we need to highly focus on the relationship between Hanlin Academicians and literature.Through the approach of combining the literature and history, inspect the influence to literature creation from Hanlin Academicians’ function in this paper and combing works and Hanlin Academicians’ status, political plight, mentality, feeling and the political situation of Medium-term Tang Dynasty, we can probe the richness and particularity when Hanlin Academicians created.
