On "China Road" In The Perspective Of The Historical Materialism Horizon

It was the most important phenomenon of world history at the turn of the century that china had maintained rapid economic growth for 35 years(1978-2013)and rapidly become the second economic giant of the world.Never can any other country with such mass and so vast geographical scope achieve so rapid economic development.In economics,it is called “China Miracle”.Foreign scholars called the systematized process and form “Chinese experience” or “Chinese pattern”.Meanwhile “China Road”represents the Chinese model as the ideology expression in China.The creation of Chinese miracle not only changed the economic landscape of the world but also had important inspiration and reference to the vast majority of developing countries which were in the development dilemma.Therefore,there was great theoretical and practical significance on the exploration of the causes of the Chinese miracle and its theoretical expression.For example,the Chinese experience,China Road,and so on.Since the late 1990 s,economists have begun to pay close attention to the leading mystery of China's economic transition performance and China's economic miracle.At the beginning of new century,scholars had a multidisciplinary reading on Chinese pattern,Chinese experience and China Road.Although they had great achievements,their research was largely confined to the politics,economics,socialism theory,and ideological and political theory course,and etc.In general,the results that was almost expressed from the aspects of the development strategy,the path of reform,policy choices and experience description,and so on.But all the explanation could not respond to the deep heckle of the world universal significance for China Road and give us the philosophical logic that “where come from,where to go”.Although we urgently needed the philosophical interpretation for China Road,there were very few achievements could meet the historical requirements and expectations of the world.Many studies on China Road were not yet within the scope of the international context and the reality of China even though it already had been attended the Marxist philosophy field.The development of China Road was guided by historical materialism but it was sadly that the academic debate of China Road problem was lack of thehistorical materialism horizon.It was the basic position of marxist philosophy and the basic meaning of the historical materialism that started from the economic facts and economic relationship to analyze the social and political structure,the mental phenomena,the social reality or the trend of historical development.In essence,the historical materialism was the theory of the social development which was on the basis of the economic development.Obviously,it was an irreplaceable theory to explain China Road.However,due to lack of the realistic perspective in the historical materialism horizon,the theoretical innovation was relatively insufficient.On the one hand,current philosophy textbooks about social development rule,called “five types of social form evolution pattern”,was relatively weak to explain the practice of reform and opening-up.On the other hand,the rich thought of the human social development in the original works of Marx's theory didn't get a deep exploration and development when it was in interactions with the great practice of reform and opening up.In a sense,the historical materialism was about the science of realistic person and their historical development.And it also could be called the world history development theory or the human social development theory.It contained the two major horizons of revolution and development and triple logical clues.The first one was to be understood as the historical evolution of the political system,behaved in the five kinds of social form which was from primitive society to communism.The second one was the three historical stages of human development which was from anaclisis to independence and finally to be free.That means from natural person transformed to be subjective and finally to be ecological man.The third clue was the history change of the production mode that included productivity and exchange.Marx divided it into three periods as previous industrialization period,the industrialization period and the post industrialization period.The first logic had revolved in the revolutionary horizon.The second and the third logic should be highlighted in the development perspective.In the logic of human development,it was in the second phase that people really got rid of a natural link and the fate of the appendages of the narrow crowd,and became the bodies who were independent and free conscious activity,the historical creators who had the independent personality and consciousness and the existence of world history.Thisphase was also called the personality independent stage which based on the substance-dependence.That was to say,people was to be a real legal man who had equal rights and obligations instead of blood identification.Here,the substance-dependence implied that materialism is the logic premise of human development.To the public,we could say that the substance-dependence and the system guarantee of their property right was the premise of current personality independence and the basis of future free development.In the past,when the theorists talked about production mode,first,they ignored the stage of development of productivity and focused on production relations.Second,they always contacted it with political system and covered the the real meaning.That was to say they emphasized on the political qualities of production mode and ignored the mode of production itself.In fact,production mode which composed of productivity and production relations was the most fundamental condition that decided to the political system and social development.Consequently the logic of the mode of production change which had long been covered standed in a basic position in the theory of historical materialism.The logic “from the previous industrialization period to the industrialization period and to the post industrialization period” stipulated the real connotation and the basic trend of the logic of political institutional change,the real content and historical progress of the logic of human development.China Road,the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese Characteristics conforms to the triple logic rules of the historical materialism.The every development stage of human evolution provide the real form of liberation and development of the people.The changes of the mode of production provide the material basis for the social development and human development.Evolution of the political system is the form of the superstructure of the changes of the mode of production.The overlapping of the triple logical lines constitutes the internal logic of the primary stage of socialism in China.The logic of production mode has returned to the leading position,which is the theoretical basis of China's reform and opening up,modernization as well.It is also the internal cause of China's economic miracle.The free and full development of human beings provides the ultimate value orientation for China Road.And the overlapping of the logic of the stages of human development and the changes of production mode provides thehumanistic value coordinates and guiding principles for the policy of reform and opening,the socialist modernization construction model of “Five in One”.Essentially the correct historical track which China Road has walked through is coincident with the triple logical trace of historical materialism.The realistic representation of the triple logical rules that is based on the great innovation practice also should prescribe the future direction of China Road.
