Which have the possibility to grasp the development tends of cultural industry in future. At the same time, this paper tries to research the application degrees and level of utility of technology innovation in the development of cultural industry in our country. With the limitation of the available data on cultural industry, the paper attempts to build a grey correlation model and evaluation system to demonstrate the connection between the development level in cultural industry and technology innovation capacity.
