Reaearch On The Integration Of Culture-tourism Industry In Northwest China

Since the reform and opening of our coutry,Although China's tourism industry has made rapid progress,but the tourism industry still faces new bottlenecks,It's constrained by many things,such as geographical constraints,resource constraints,environmental constraints and so on.and most of the tourist attractions are in a single form,so there is a degree of disparity between developing and developed countries.And the 21st century "sunrise industry"—the cultural industry,the quantity and quality of related cultural resources,compared with other countries,china has some advantages,but the actual development is not optimistic.In face of this development,The development strategy of the integration of the tourism industry is put forward,attach cultural connotations to tourism,not only satisfies the increasing spiritual needs of tourists,but also improves the value of tourism industry,and achieve win-win cooperation between the cultural and tourism industries.the development of the northwest region has been concerned by the state.The One Belt And One Road policy in 2014 has brought good opportunities for the development of cultural and tourism industries in northwest China,not only makes the northwest region an important development area for tourism products in China,but also points out the direction for the development of the industry.this paper takes northwest xinjiang,qinghai,ningxia,shaanxi and gansu as examples,using the coupling coordination degree model and grey correlation model of the northwest five provinces and cities in 2010-2015 cultural industry and tourism industry development status,tour industry coupling coordination degree and influence of the factors to tour industry coupling analysis the following conclusions.First,Through the measure of the comprehensive development level of cultural industry and tourism industry from 2010 to 2015,we found that the comprehensive development level of tourism industry and cultural industry presented a favorable trend of gradual increase.from the level of comprehensive development of tourism industry,Qinghai province has been developing rapidly in the past two years due to the construction of relevant supporting facilities and the active govemment,he province of xinjiang is unstable because of its ethnic problems,the trend of tourism development in shaanxi and ningxia is similar,The tourism development in gansu is facing the transformation stage.from the level of comprehensive development of cultural industry,the fastest growing culture industry development in gansu province,the second is xinjiang,growth in shaanxi province cultural industry development is slow,but in the recent years rising momentum,ningxia's cultural industry development needs integration of the system and exploration of developing model.through the analysis of the time sequence of the comprehensive development level of cultural industry and tourism industry.we think that in the context of the development of the silk road economic belt,the northwest provinces should try to seize such a good opportunity to develop the cultural industry and tourism industry,it is important for the sustainable development of the cultural industry and tourism industry to explore the development model suitable for the development of the region.Then,through the analysis of the coupling development of the cultural industry and tourism industry,it can be found that the couplings in the provinces show certain temporal characteristics and the trend of rising,eventhought,the industry's coupling remains at a low level,mostly under 0.6.on the other hand,the growth speed of the coupler in the province is also showing the difference between regions,the fastest growing is shanxi province,followed by gansu,ningxia and qinghai,with the slowest growth in xinjiang.therefore,we need to take measures to narrow the development gap between regions and get out of the trap of low development level.Last,based on the grey correlation analysis of the external factors that influence the integration of the cultural tourism industry,the external leading factors that affect the integration of the cultural tourism industry in different regions are different.the main external factors that affect the coupling degree of the industry in shanxi province are the technical level and the information resources,the main influencing factors in gansu province are human resources and technical level,the three factors of demand,infrastructure and information resources are highly influential in the development of the integration of ningxia,the most influential factors in the integration of cultural-tourism industry in qinghai province is the technical level,while xinjiang is infrastructure.based on different regional influencefactor to tour industry integration,the main external factors are confirmed to be able to make the government focused on policy,make the integration of tour industry can make full use of their external environment for development.
