EnTong-Huang was born in ningyang Shandong province who's a Jinshi in the sixth year of daoguang,Q ing dynasty.The Huang family moved from shanxi province to ningyang during Ming'Yongle dynasty.His family became wealthy after the hardworking for generations and they attached much more importance in their children'education.Huang chaoyun,the eighth leader of the family,was the first Jiansheng,Huangshangcan,the tenth leader of the family win the first prize in Junshi at Qing'Qianlong dynasty,EnTong-Huang passed the imperial examination which made him a Jinshi at the sixth year of Qing'Daoguang dynasty and their family totally get rid of farming.After that,his brother Huangenshu and his son huangshiyin also performed excellent in the imperial examination in progression which became a widely spreaded inspirational story and lots of his clan members get fame at the sa me time.Entong-Huang served as the minister of the ministry of punishment,During the fifteen years in the ministry of punishment.He deposed a large number of cases which won him a lot of praise in political field.The working experience during this time established his basic knowledge of law and the thought of legal system.Huang was nominated as The chief of Salt O ffice in Jiangnan when the first opium war outbreaks,on the one hand,he improved the institution of water transport trade and salt industry,on the other hand he tightened the management of shipping and transport ships which achieved remarkable results.Huang was in position of The Provincial official equivalent of Jiangsu at 21th year of Daoguang?1841?and transferred to The C hief of Administrative affairs of Jiangsu soon just at the time when British fleets sailed against the Changjiang river to Xia-guan which made Nanjing in jeopardy and leave him with chaos.Huang assist N iujian who was The Governor of Liangjiang stabilized the situation o f Nanjing as he negotiated with British on behalf of Q iying?Yilibu and participated in the sign of The Treaty of Nanjing.December 16th,22th year of Daoguang?1842?,Huang arrived Guangzhou to help Yilibu to handle with the consequence of The Treaty of Nanjing.During his tenure as The Provincial official equivale nt of Guangdong?The C hief of Administrative affairs of Jiangsu and The Supreme Commander of Guangdong,beside dealt with daily operations such as consolidate the coast defense?rectify regional orders and compile The New amend of Guangdong province law,he put most of his vigours in external dealings.He was the drafter of The Trade Regulation in five open ports?The Treaty of Wangsha?The Treaty of Huangpu and the superintendent in the negotiation on the entrance of British people?the return of Gulangyu?and the Dinghai issues?It is at the very moment,Huang was infected by the modern diplomatic principles unconsciously which brings him the elementary thought of coast defense and diploma.However,there is a conflict between modern diplomatic behaviors and traditional Chinese ideologies which brings him into dis-repute as traitor.October,26thyear of Daoguang?1826?,Huang submit a written statement to the emperor to strive for a wusheng whose over 80 years old which riled the emperor and Huang was deposed.February,he resigned and go back to his hometown.After thathe started to participate in dealing with local affairs,he replied The Historical Records of N ingyang?The Historical Records of Ziyang.He replied his literary works over years into The Collected works Zhizhitang?The last collected works of Zhizhitang?The Collected works of Yuxia?The Collected works of Feihong?The Collected works of Q iusheng,successively.He also compiled his sharing on reading history books to The JianPingbielu?The SanguoShufa?The LiangahnShiduan and so on.Huang cares much abouthis hometown,he suggested villagers build bunkers to defense Nianjun.At the same time,he compiled several agronomic books such as The Record of Qutengbixiao?The Record of Cansang?The Record of Agriculture Bookto help villagers to prevent pests and increase agricultural production.His behaviors have a significant influence on social politics and cultural ethos,which is sufficient to make Huang a highly renowned person in Taian,buthe is rarely mentioned by scholars up to now.
