The Research Of The CPC's Political Development Thought Since China's Reform And Opening Up

Political development is a universal phenomenon in modernization process of all countries in the world, and also a major task facing after the founding of our country. Since the reform and opening up, the Communist Party of China gradually formed a political development thought with Chinese characteristics, and has made important achievements in the practice of exploring socialist political development with Chinese characteristics. At present, Chinese reform has entered a crucial period, and the political system reform has become the key to influence the success or failure of the reform. Carding and refining the political development thought of CPC, has important theoretical value and practical significance for political development and the reform of political restructuring at the present stage of China.This article mainly analyzed and investigated the political development thought of CPC Since the reform and opening up, from the following five aspects:The first part mainly expressed overall vision of this writing. It respectively expounded the significance of the political development thought of CPC since the reform and opening up, the domestic and foreign research situation of academic. And it also elaborated ideas and methods of this paper, including the focus, difficulties and innovation in the research process.The second part mainly analyzed the formation and development of CPC thought on political development since the reform and opening up. First, it combed the theoretical origins and historical resources of political development thought of CPC, which including the basic idea on the political development of Marx Engels and Lenin, the political development theory of modern western, the theory and practice of new democratic political construction and the socialist democratic politics construction since the reform and opening up. Secondly, it discusses the stage and process of the formation and development of CPC thought on political development since the reform and opening up. They are several stages of CPC thought on political development since the reform and opening up. The initial formation stage is including two parts:1978-1989,"Develop socialist democracy, improve the socialist legal system";1989-1997:"Actively promote the reform of the political system, and make the construction of socialist democracy and legal system had a great development". The abundant stage consists of three parts.1997-2002:"Develop socialist democracy, and build a socialist country according to the rule of law";2002-2007:"Develop socialist democracy and establish a socialist political civilization"; Since2007:"keep to the socialist path of political development with Chinese characteristics".The third part mainly researched the main contents of political development thought of CPC since the reform and opening up. Based on the literature analysis, have looked at the following aspects. First, the goal,the guiding ideology and the development road, which about Chinese political development of CPC since the reform and opening up. That is, keeping to political development road with Chinese characteristic and achieving organic unity with the people's democracy, the coordinated combination of adhering to the leadership of the party, making the people masters of the country and running the country according to law. Second, CPC' thought on the path and power of political development which since the reform and opening up. On the one hand, as the two dimension of Chinese political development path, democracy and the rule of law is an important part of CPC political development thought which since the reform and opening up. On the democracy, it systematically discusses CPC thought about developing socialist democratic political since the reform and opening, which through researching the socialist political system, orderly political participation of citizens and the system of checks and supervision over the exercise of power. From three aspects which including legal, legislative and legal concept, it has researched that improving socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics, running the country according to law, being in the power according to law and legal administration, cultivating and developing the socialist concept of rule and law, to explore the thought about building a socialist country ruled by law. On the other hand, it researched the thought that developing democratic politics by political structural reform and constructing a state ruled by law, which including the overall design idea of political structural reform, the improving of the party's style of leadership and governance, the advancing of the administrative system reform, and the promoting of the cadre and personnel system reform.The fourth part of the article is mainly researched the the main characteristics and the meaning of CPC political development since the reform and opening up. It mainly includes adhering to the organic unity of political stability and development, adhering to the position of the masses and the socialist orientation, to proceed from the actual situation and the present stage of China, absorbing and borrowing from the useful achievements in politics from different civilizations of mankind. Its significance lies in:in theory, inherited and developed marxism-leninism about the country's political development thought, enriched and developed the system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics; In practice, to guide the practice of Chinese political development since the reform and opening up, and pointed out the direction for development under the new situation of Chinese politics.
