The service-oriented cloud cooperation for military organization is a new concept of military organization system,and it is also a new way of thinking for military action from the perspective of modern organizations.Network Centric Warfare(NCW)provides a new train of thought to build a new type of military combat system.However,it still exposes two defects with resource integration and service mode.According to the development direction of the military organization with the characteristics of “virtualization,intelligent,collaborative,universal”,combined with the infrastructure management from "cloud computing",Cloud Cooperation(CCpr)system model is constructed based on cloud computing infrastructure management.Three support parts of the CCpr system,architecture,key technology and system capacity,are researched.The main work and the creative contribution of this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of military organization coordination mode,the cooperative combat process and its advantages or disadvantages are described,and the two issues of resource integration and service models are pointed out.Reference infrastructure management of Cloud Computing,the architecture of the serviceoriented CCpr for the new military organization is set up.In the system architecture level,the concept,hierarchical structure,architecture,technology system are discussed.(2)Distributed heterogeneous operational resources dynamic integration in military organization are decomposed into two sub-problems,cloud servicization for operational resources and cloud services cluster restructuring,and the physical resources cloud service system is built up for them.Aiming at shielding the complexity and heterogeneity of operational resources,the model of could servicization for operational resources based on template is proposed.The operational resource adapter is designed,and cloud service interfaces,local cloud service management,cloud service description,mapping mode with its implementation,are analyzed.And then,the Operational Resource Class Cloud Template(ORCCT)is designed based on the basic goal of cloud servicization.The process of cloud servicization is illustrated through an example of virtually packaged the weapon resources in a military confrontation.In order to control the scale of cloud service and improve the efficiency of portfolio optimization,the Doulbe centroids-weighted Support Vector Clustering(D-SVC)algorithm for cloud services cluster restructuring is proposed.The maximum entropy principle and the density-weighted centroids are introduced to improve the support vector machine training and the cluster labeling process,and the improved algorithm is proved in classical sample sets.And then,the model of the D-SVC using in cloud services cluster restructuring is constructed,and the steps are given to solve the problem,and the theory of dynamic maintenance of cloud services cluster restructuring is discussed.Finally,simulation results show that the D-SVC could not only effectively reduce the scale of cloud service but also preserve the distribution and the closely contacted properties of cloud service.(3)Coordination body identified is the fundamental problem in solving the defects of service model,and it is the cloud service pulled out from military members in CCpr system.Based on different pursuit of Quality of Service(QoS),CCpr system is guided to make different decision in cloud service portfolio optimization.Starting from the multi-objective optimization problem,universal model for optimization problems is built up,and the Improved Discrete Particle Swarm Optimization(I-DPSO)is proposed to solve the problem of cloud service portfolio optimization.Improvements of the I-DPSO are particle coding,decoding and update.The mathematical model for cloud service portfolio optimization is established,and its evaluation function composed by three QoS norm is put forward.Through a simulation,the effecttiveness of the algorithm are proved,and the differrences and similarities of cooperation between cloud service case and previous military organization are clarified.(4)After horizontal comparison many kinds of effectiveness evaluation,the System Effectiveness Analysis(SEA)is selected to evaluate the effectiveness of CCpr system.The improved hyperbox numerical algorithm is used to improve the precision,and the index system of CCpr system on the physical domain,information domain and cognitive domain according to its characteristics is set up.Besides,the algorithm steps of evaluate CCpr System effectiveness are put forward,and the sensitivity of different indicators is analyzed through a simulation.Simulation results provide guidance for CCpr system construction and application.
