In order to moreconvenient to analyze the whole situation of cloud computing, cloud platformtechnology as a breakthrough point for two-way analysis of technology and patent.The paper retrieves1838pieces of cloud platform technology patents of the world,among of them, it analyses patents layout of cloud platform for the key enterprises orin the key fields.By analysing, we find there are such key research enterprisesasGoogle, oracle, Sumsung,etc. in foreign countries studying cloud platform andapplyingpatents,and that such organization as huawei, ZTE and some scientificresearch institutions in China. Through analysis, we find that foreign countries or industries have dominantposition in the patent layout of cloud platform our research is still in the follow stage,therefore, our research organizations related need to formulate appropriate plans toadapt to domestic situation and won the important strategic position in the cloudplatform technology market.
