The political objective is an aim or a purpose which a political subject is going to fulfill through the implement of political behaviors.In the final analysis,there were some pursuits of value in this aims or purposes when they were born that determined by physical production conditions.The modernization had become the indispensable purpose of most nations' politics since the opening of the world modernization process.The political objectives of the new China had germinated in Chinese society in the period of the new-democratic revolution.Since that time,these objectives had been undertook the dual mission of the Revolution and Enlightenment,and it had formed their counter during the process of the establishment of the Chinese socialist society.Although they had been experienced bumps and hesitation because of the world of the Cold War and the utopian dream,they had gradually been matured during the great practice of China's reform and opening up.At the every stage of its' grown up,the political objectives of new China had always directly presented blueprint for the political future of China installed by the Chinese Communist Party,and had always expressed the determination to achieve this goal with the base law and supreme law of China.The practice of expressing political objectives in Constitution had illustrated that political objectives had entered category of realization of law from the field of political concept.This means that political objectives not only could use political approach to fulfill them,but also had legal proceedings.Since that time,two systems of constitution and political objectives and two spheres of jurisprudence and politics had become overlapped and complemented each other simultaneously in the history of the constitutional expression of political objectives of new China.This thesis is a dissertation of politics of law that expound these objectives.It was designed in order to explore core values of political objectives of new China in new era and specific principles that should followed in order to achieve this core values through textual researching evolution course of political objectives of new China,and in order to explore how to express in the future constitution only in this way can the better prompting the development of new China's politics.In order to achieve this purpose,the following research methods are adopted in this text.First is the historical method.It is a method that to use Marx's view of universal connection eternal development to explain the occurrence and development of this thing in history and the whole process of evolution,and then find out the difference and relationship between history and reality and the cause of the difference,by analyzing the historical date of the object of study,and then,to infer the trend of development of things in future on the study of history and reality.In this text,the author uphold holistic view of history,to regard the evolution of new China's political objectives as whole in study,to start from the definition of China and New China,so as to seek different characteristics of Chinese political objectives in each stage of its production and development.Finally,on the basis analyzing comprehensively the history of emergence and development of new China's political objectives,the author put forward ideal guiding principles for development of these objectives.Historical research method is the main research method,the integrity and perpetual development of history is the primary logic in the text.Secondly,the author used the research method of the Dialectical Materialism and the Historical Materialism."In the positive understanding of the existing things,dialectics includes the understanding of the negative of the existing things……Dialectics is the continuous form of each of the existing forms of movement,which is also understood from its temporary……"?.In this text,the author studied every stage of the emergence and development of new China's political goals.In the study of each stage of the emergence and development of new China's political objectives,the author surveyed otherness between historical backgrounds of the establishment of political objectives in this historical period and previous adjacent period,proceed to the next step to make a focal study on the development and change of the political goal of new China in a certain historical stage compared with the previous,and then point out that the political objectives of new China is a process of continuous development which can unceasingly developing and realizing itself in absolute motion.The research method of materialist conception of history has important value orientation in this paper.Materialist conception of history is the science of people's practical activities and actual development process which sees a specific person engaged in practical activities as its starting point,and it points out that people's practical activities include three basic forms:material practice,political practice and spiritual practice.The ultimate value pursuit of material practice is not the material itself,but the free and all-round development of human beings,despite it is the basis of the whole human practice.This text upholds the research based on historical materialism and the core values of human-oriented rotted on the materialist conception of history.In this text,the definition about China and new China from the perspective of people,rather than the point of view of things,breaking through the traditional narrative of Western History.Historical materialism is Philosophical Foundation of human-oriented and People centered development concept.Finally,this text uses the formal logic analysis method which is going to study the general law of human thinking from the unity of content and form.According to different methods of reasoning,formal logic can be divided into deductive reasoning from general to special,inductive reasoning from special to commonly,and analogical reasoning from special to special.In this text,the author used the method of inductive reasoning to analyze the characteristics of new China's political objectives,the course of the evolution of the political objectives of the new China are analyzed,and the features of change of it are deduced.Deductive reasoning and analogy reasoning logic analysis method were used in analyzing the essential features and basic value pursuit of political objectives in New China.In this text,the author put his hand to survey the whole historical process of the evolution of the political objectives of new China,to analyze the background,main contents and development trend of the political goal of new China,and even its expression in highest rules of constitutional norms,to pointed out that the political objectives of new China always regarded the Free and comprehensive development of human beings as its ultimate value pursuit,that it was not only summing up the achievements of the revolution and construction,but also building a new political blueprint for China's future in self actualization.However,the occurrence and growth of political objectives of new China takes place in the process of Chinese modernization which has been included in the process of world modernization.This caused the political objectives of new China and the expression of its highest rules more inclined to the pursuit of material increase and deviated from the pursuit of human freedom.Due to the strong vitality of the Communist Party and the new China,on the contrary,in the process of Chinese modernization which ultimately regard the free and comprehensive development of human beings as the ultimate pursuit of value,the new China's political objectives and the expression in highest rules had and having been deviated from prefer material things to cherish human freedom as its main content,and,during this process,having been tracked out a people-centered road of modernization of new China in the new era.
