This article aims to illuminate the effective methods and developing trend of the “de-radicalization of terrorists” through turning out the analysis of the cases of SaudiArabia and Singapore which testify the influential factors in the process.The exacerbating situation of international terrorism straightens out the insufficient global governance of that.The lag of regulations and sense in the terrorism governance,which is reflected in the lack of de-radicalization,are main problems.Under the circumstance of expanding radical thinking,countries are exploring the methods of de-radicalization in theory and practice in which “de-radical rehabilitation of terrorist” lays in the core.As a result,various plans of de-radical rehabilitation of terrorist from different countries share consensuses which are characterized with the government domination,prison support,and society participation.Difference in degree also exists.To find the influential factors in the process of that rehabilitation,this article aims to learn necessary lessons from the cases of Saudi-Arabia and Singapore through analyzing their backgrounds,methodologies and plans of de-radical rehabilitation of terrorists.Those practices with rich nutrition focuses on the strengthened internal rehabilitation and improved external one.They also illuminate the developing trend of de-radicalization,multilateral and comprehensive governance.Finally,although no fixed model of de-radicalization of terrorist emerges,through diversified governance experience,we could influence the reheabilitation in a positive way by improving national capability,political strength and participation of social forces.
