The teacher education partnership cooperation, accompanied by teacher education reform in the new century, has gone through fifteen years' reform and exploration. And it has had an important influence on Normal University, middle school, primary school, kindergarten and the development of regional education. Taking the route of inductive and qualitative research methods, this study which based on China's reform practice of teacher education partnership cooperation, focused on teacher education partnership cooperation model with case study as the breakthrough point, aimed at making a theoretical response to reform practice of teacher education partnership cooperation in our country, refining the native experience, giving theoretical explanations, finding basic rules, structuring the practical model, and putting forward relevant policy suggestions.This study represented practical picture of the teacher education partnership cooperation in three cases school and extracted six native principles based on the naturalism tradition of the qualitative research and context analysis of the research data; this study also made a deconstruction explanation to the native experience based on the interpretation tradition of the qualitative research and categorization analysis of the research data and generated the new meaningful construction which originates from the empirical facts and surpasses the facts in the process of interactive perception and explanatory understanding between the researchers and the objects; then the study followed the Grounded route and further generating "multiple integration" theory of teacher education partnership cooperation.In terms of external concept category relationship of teacher education partnership cooperation, teacher education partnership cooperation is not only a realization path orienting to practical teacher education, but also reverse contribute to the transformation of the organization function of teacher education institutions, middle school, primary school and kindergarten. Its nature is not just adjustment and improvement of some parts, but the strategic transformation of whole situation. In terms of internal concept category relationship of teacher education partnership cooperation, teacher education partnership cooperation is learning alliance activities among organizations, and it is required five basic elements: subjects, receptors, resources, demand and exchange; Normal University (U), local government (G), and middle school, primary school and kindergarten (S) are three basic subjects among multiple participation subjects. They carries out partnership cooperation with "partner learning community" as the basic unit of work and forms teacher education partnership cooperation model clusters on the basis of the U-G-S in the transboundary platform of teacher education innovation experimental area, which has the nature of "the third space of teacher education". In the role of openess, creative, derivative of the third space of teacher education, the teacher education partnership cooperation have the possibility of further development; The teacher education partnership cooperation influenced by the matrix and institutional factors highlights China's "multiple integration" basic characteristic which has international distinguish significance. This study established the grounded theory reveals that practical teacher education is the basic direction of teacher education reform along with teacher education partnership cooperation will become the development trend of the new normal of teacher education.How to comprehensively promote the teacher education partnership cooperation and further highlight the Chinese characteristic based on fifteen years'reform practice has become an unavoidable era proposition. This study made a systematic integration to the six native principles, constructed practice model of teacher education partnership cooperation with Chinese characteristic, including the definition, basic principles, structure modality, operating modality, organization modality, development modality, quality modality as well as put forward systematic policy suggestions from five following aspects:basic coordinate, basic framework, basic pattern, overall linkage, and system architecture.
