Ideological And Political Education Of American Cultural Soft Power Construction Background

Nowadays China is faced with dual task which are enhancing national soft cultural power and reinforcing national ideological and political education.Our goal is to achieve American order and influence of cultural soft power.Besides,American experience in ideological and political education is worth learning and using for inference.This paper will reexamine and inspect the theories and methods of American ideological and political education under the background of American soft cultural power.The relation between this two aspects and their enlightenment to China will be explored from a new angle,hoping to gain the new approach to benefit China's ideological and political education and promote China's soft cultural power ever-increasingly.This paper will be divided into five parts to discuss the theme.Part 1:introduction.This part has four main points.Firstly,the reason and the value to choose this topic will be explained,including academic and practical value.Secondly,analysis of the existing research results will be mentioned,including the research of soft cultural power and related international relation theory,the research of American soft cultural power and the research of American ideological and political education.The third point will clarify the related theory basis and the train of thought.The last part is the research method.Part 2:the definition and construction of soft cultural power.At first,this part will explain backgrounds and construct their theories between soft power and soft cultural power.Then,rich contents and features of soft cultural power will be focused.At last,constructivism from theory of international relations will be used to decompose the process of construction about soft cultural power,which will be demonstrated on the basis of practical arguments.Part 3:the relation between construction of soft cultural power and ideological and political education.This part will probe into the mutual influence between construction of soft cultural power and ideological and political education.The first part will study the influence of ideological and political education on construction of soft cultural power and will continue and extend the previous theoretical framework.Three main influence on soft cultural power will become the theoretical basis for next practical study.Part 4:background and goal of American soft cultural power.This part will become the macroscopically basis of next core content explanation.It will study its historicalevolution,actual challenge and international environment and summarize the shout-term and long term goal of American soft cultural power.Part 5:American ideological and political education under the background of soft cultural power:subject,content and form.This part is the core section of this paper.The previous parts are paving the way for Part 5,so the research value will be displayed in this part.Three main points can be divided into Part 5.The first part is the subject of education including multi-subject participate and the integration of government main subject.The second part is education content including patriotic education,citizenship education and global political education.The third part is the education method including practical activity opening to the communities and the whole world.The method of analyzing the cases will be adopted to elaborate core point thoroughly.Part 6:the enlightenment for China's ideological and political education.This part is the conclusion part.The author will conclude the advanced experience from American ideological and political-education-and its enlightenment for China based on China's actual conditions and soft cultural goals.
