Mathematics Pedagogical Content Knowledge(MPCK)is the core knowledge that mathematics teachers need during teaching and learning,and it is also the important evaluation indicator of mathematics teacher's professional development.Researching on the influence factors of mathematics teachers' MPCK not only able to complies with the developing direction of Chinese mathematics education from an international view,but also meets the deepen the reform of mathematics instruction and teachers' education.It has some great theoretical value and practical significance for mathematics teachers' professional development.This study takes elementary school mathematics teachers in Pudong New Area,Shanghai,as research object.The dissertation mainly discusses the following several aspects:one is the measurement tool for mathematics teachers' MPCK and influence factors;the constriction of the influence factor model of teachers' MPCK through SEM;the relationship between the influencing factors of mathematics teachers'MPCK and its constituent elements.Firstly,Based on the review of relevant research literatures,with the specific situation of the elementary school mathematics teacher in China,through individual interviews and expert consultations,initially sort out the factors that influence the learning and application of mathematics teachers' MPCK,as well as the use of coding analysis.Second,Design the tentative sale of MPCK's influence factors and select examinees to make the test.Then use the method of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis to extract and clustering eight dimension influential factors:personal motivation,self-efficacy,learning preparation,teacher' training,school organization,human influence,policy system,and professional development.At the same time,MPCK questionnaire containing seven dimensions was compiled on the basis of relevant theory.Then,based on those eight factors,through the use of SEM(Structure Equation Modeling),make the construction of MPCK influence factor model by model construction hypothesis,fitting degree evaluation,model revision and simplification.The relationship between the influence factors and MPCK components is analyzed through correlation analysis and regression analysis to further complete the influence factor model.Based on the above study,put forward three advices.The study got three conclusions:The MPCK model of eight dimension influential factors makes two-dimensional structure;It builds the MPCK structure model of eight dimension influential factors;The MPCK model of eight dimension influential factors has definite explanatory power to teachers.And on the basis of the conclusions,puts forward some Suggestions to improve teachers MPCK.Theoretically,the research further develops the theoretical framework of mathematics teachers' MPCK,and enriches empirical researches of mathematics teachers' MPCK in China,as well as further deepening theoretical studies of the elementary school mathematics teachers' professional development in our country.Practically,the influence factors study of teachers' MPCK makes contribution to promoting the professional development of elementary school mathematics teachers,and enhancing mathematics teachers' MPCK effective acquisition and transference,and improving the traditional training mode of mathematics teachers' educational capacity.
