At present,there are many researches on Teachers' professional development in China,and teachers in primary and secondary schools have become the focus of research.Factors influencing the professional development of this group have become a basic topic in the research of teachers' professional development.However,the empirical research is relatively weak because of the theoretical research.The author chose 35 rural excellent primary and secondary school teachers in 5 cities of Liaoning province to conduct in-depth interviews and surveys.Through NVivo11 software,the internal and external factors affecting teachers' professional development were analyzed and summarized.On this basis,the author makes an analysis and comparison of all kinds of factors summed up,gets the inspiration,and finally summarizes the feasibility strategy.The third chapter mainly analyzes the external factors that affect the professional development of teachers,and concludes that the individual environment and the organizational environment are the two most important factors.The fourth chapter mainly explores the internal factors that influence the professional development of teachers,and concludes that teachers' practical experience,self efficacy,professional enthusiasm and cooperation consciousness are the main influencing factors.The fifth chapter of this article is to make recommendations,which should be an important factor for static security focus,according to the factors of the grade of key and non key,so as to formulate corresponding measures to promote the professional development of teachers;secondly,to establish a "dynamic" positive thinking,attention to changes in the environment of teachers,including the environment the replacement,contact with the surrounding environment andThe important events at different times,seize the main influencing factors,arrange training programs to maximize the benefits of training,and promote the professional development of teachers.Through this system arrangement,on the basis of ensuring the correct direction of teachers' professional development,it provides a more flexible development platform for teachers.
