With the increasing attention of society to education,the professionalism of teachers' profession has been more and more recognized by all walks of life.At the same time,mathematics teaching knowledge(Mathematical Pedagogical Content Knowledge,abbreviated as MPCK)teachers' knowledge of mathematics teachers unique excellence,must reflect some characteristics of mathematics teachers professional excellence,will naturally become the focus of mathematics teachers as long.The purpose of this study is to reveal the special characteristics of the outstanding mathematics teachers in secondary schools through the combination of theoretical analysis and practical research,and to provide a clearer direction for the professional development of general mathematics teachers.Among them,the theoretical analysis is mainly the outstanding research results of collecting and sorting out previous,take the essence,for me,at the same time,into their own understanding,gradually complement and improve the theoretical basis,as the subsequent practice of important theoretical support;practice research,selected 16 middle school mathematics teacher studio host from different areas of Guizhou Province as the research object of middle schoolmathematics teachers of excellence,the first questionnaire and Flanders interaction analysis system(Flanders Interaction Analysis System,referred to as FIAS)two methods of complete data collection and analysis;finally through analysis of typical cases,the results of theoretical analysis and Practice on teachers the educational and teaching activities,thus confirmed the middle school mathematics teachers' professional excellence in Teachers' professional qualities Outstanding development.The research shows that,from the perspective of MPCK,the professional characteristics of high school mathematics teachers are mainly reflected in the following three aspects:1.Knowledge dimensions: knowledge reserves,good knowledge structure,flexible knowledge conversion,a wide range of sources of knowledge;2.Dimensions: unique education ability,excellent teaching ability,excellent teaching ability;3.Behavioral dimensions: YanCi of economic education behavior,serious and teaching behavior,strict teaching behavior.
