Young people in the golden age of life should have a goal. At least in his or her mind, the goal should be great. A goal is based upon subjective values and is ultimately determined by these values. Values are an ancient and ever present topic; They are the scale and course of life, and play an important guiding role in personal growth. Under different ages and cultural backgrounds, personal values and social changes resound and change constantly based on certain rules. Values are the core of our culture, and grasping the changes and evolution of values is decisive to our development. Socialist Core Values answer the questions of our current time and the revitalization of our nation, and guide the value of various social groups. The values of university students, a part of its organic composition, have changed gradually under the cultural influence and the changes in time. The students value embody the essence of the young university characteristics and the historical mission of the college students. They are the key ideals and beliefs of education and they are the key to keeping the values inside our hearts and integrating them into our everyday lives. What kind of changes have the students value gone through since the implementation of reform and opening policy? What's the rule it follows? How the values of current college students being upheld? How to uphold Socialist Core Values while coming up with new innovative mechanisms to educate current students about the values? Research on these issues belong to the category of ideology, but also revolve around the development of youth and objective pragmatic thinking. The research is to guide college students in determining the correct values, reflecting upon themselves and developing strong will. This is the only way to implement the action.The analysis of the values belonging to the consciousness category and being the key element of culture is supposed to put under the development of cultural environment. Being newly-emerging cross curriculum, culture ecology mainly applies to the research of culture system, which is composed of individuals, the subject, and the objects dynamic cultural chain. Along with culture environment, culture state and culture regulation, it stands for using systematical, integral, dynamic as well as balances ecological idea to look upon the relationship between cultural production, cultural evolution and cultural environment and stresses the importance of relations and reciprocal effects among various cultural elements. The rich historical, social and cultural meaning lying in the culture ecology poses a profound and long-lasting impact on the development of people's quality and characteristics as well as the structure of national spirit. From the perspective of the development of people's quality to analyze the college students' value, we can come to the conclusion that it not only contains the contemporary theme of ecological culture, but also pays attention to the balanced development of diverse environmental elements through the construction of culture ecological system and leads main body of the value to the right direction according with the demand of social value.From the perspective of the culture ecology to analyze the college students' values, we should start with relevant conception to get to know the relationship among culture, ecology, culture ecology, value and core value in order to find out theoretical and real bases of relevance between the value and culture ecology and explore the accessibility and necessity of the university students' value construction in the field of culture ecology. Researching the university students' value, we are supposed to minimize and concentrate on the culture ecology, emphasize the research of culture ecology in universities, construct a culture ecology "circle", from the point of systematology, further analyze the basic meaning and construction elements of the university's culture ecology in order to build a culture ecology "circle", establish a dynamic and open system interacted with primary environment, real environment, historical environment and international environment, among which the resource subsystem, practice subsystem, institution subsystem and value subsystem have formed a force having the impact on the main body of the value, giving full scope to the value function of cohesion, guidance, edification and radiation.For the shape and development of the college students' value, we should look back to its changes in the history, make its stage features clear and explore the rules of its changes and development. Following the reform and opening-up policy, the government has introduced many policies and documents, highlighting the function of cultural environment and spiritual civilization as well as increasing social approval of the contemporary values. The Socialist Core Values contribute to the boom of the socialist culture a lot. According to the history and developing rules of the cultural system reform, academic researchers have put forward different dividing stages, which further prove the effort that cultural environment has on the subjects of value. College students'value are changing with the social cultural environment. Through the stages of value revitalization, conflicts, multivariate and integration, the college students'value has a nearly stable feature. The subject consciousness is further strengthened and the value pattern, which is dominated by the Socialist Core Value and made up by various coexisting values, is coming. There are some rules of college students'changes and developments:the inevitability that the groups'features are basically accordant or contingent with individual experiences and social reform. It grows with the subject consciousness and is closely related to the social revolution, showing the dialectical rising progress of the values' from spontaneity to consciousness.Engels has criticized Dooling's "principle first" opinion. Principles should not be the starting point. The human society and nature need not to adapt into the principles, instead, principles are correct only when they accord with the history and nature. Therefore, the researches on college students'value should not be limited in the semantics analysis and normative analysis. We should collect the latest information and analyze those using facts. In the designed progress of the questionnaire, values were divided into seven parts:political values, moral values, consuming values, people relationship values, life values, career values and love values. We will do the research among school students and teachers and draw the conclusion by objective analysis, which supports materials for the compactness and cultivation of the students' value.Refining the content of the college students' values, we must give full consideration to the complicated multicultural ecological environment, which reflects students'lack of faith and their demands under the various cultural conflicts. Being concise in principle, to the socialist core values is "one center", reflects the social and individual two roles, deal with concise, general and individual, ideal and reality in the process of heteronomy and self-discipline of three kinds of relations, to show the values content communion, period, innovative and forward-looking. Based on this, we can provide more comprehensive and scientific refining technology path, use the spirit of traditional Chinese as the foundation, refer to the national policy documents, school motto at home and abroad, the existing theory achievement, and combine with the results of empirical analysis, the contents of college students' values to express "cluster" mode innovation, reflect the values of structural system. Known as "responsibility" for the college students' values, at the head of the concept, stretched out patriotic spirit, self-discipline and social commitment, upholding learning, innovation, truth-seeking and strict self-discipline, Benedict line of the concept of six properties, perform the rich meaning of college students' values of responsibility;In the process of practicing Socialist Core Values actively in the whole society, the nurturing of the values of college students has also made substantial progress. Colleges have intense moral atmosphere. College students pay more attention to the cultivation of personal conduct and they bear social responsibilities initiative. In the process of promoting education of the values of college students, we should grasp the principles of the full education, the combination of the students' actual thoughts, emotional identity of students, innovative methods and means, the formation of student self-conscious and discipline, and foster innovation mechanism. The co-ordination and the linkage mechanism as a premise, we should put the education and guidance of the values under the architecture of college cultural ecosystem, and coordinate all respects to achieve the full participation and comprehensive education. Leading education mechanism as the core, we should innovate the contents and means of education, and strengthen the education of morality, ideology and faith, humanistic quality, modern citizen and social responsibilities. Value the network moral education, subject's moral education, open style moral education and the moral education by telling stories to impose the contents of the values into brains and hearts. We should consummate security mechanism with three means:the construction of teacher's troop, the build of campus environment and the standardization and perfection of the system. Elect typical models to achieve the essential point of leading and setting examples. Create a positive atmosphere for public opinion. Establish a scientific, comprehensive, effective and incentive assessment mechanism. Consolidate the effect of values education.The capture and literary analysis cannot compare to the experience gained in action and exploration. To promote the construction and education of the students' value, we must "Practice and Prepare Ourselves", so that college students can find the resources and values and explore them in our excellent university environment. Most importantly, let practice give full play of its irreplaceable role in helping college students practice values in their life.
