The study is based on the actual survival status of sports intangible cultural heritage project, using the field survey method, literature method, questionnaire survey method, case study method, discussed on the mechanism and strategy of the intangible cultural heritage of Fujian province.The main conclusions are as follows:First, to achieve the sustainable development of the living state, Sports intangible cultural heritage should adapt to the changing external environment, the internal continuous adjustment can not be less.
