Research On Integrity Of College Students

Integrity is the subject of long-term discussion in human morality.From beginning to the end,integrity is stick to the virtues of the Chinese nation in China's outstanding traditional culture.Now,integrity has become one of the core values of Chinese socialism,which further reflects the important role in personal and social development.Integrity as Chinese traditional spiritual pursuit,has become the most basic code of conduct that people must follow in economic exchanges and social activities.With the rapid development of the Socialist cause with Chinese characteristics,honesty and trustworthiness are important characteristics of the building of a harmonious society and guarantee the healthy development of the Socialist market economy.College students are the hope of the nation and the future of the country,their ideological and political quality directly affects the future and the fate of the country's future.Including honesty and credit education of college student's ideological and political education is to meet the country's developing needs,training high-quality talents needed,meanwhile a long maintained adherence to the important work of our party and country.This article studies the integrity of college students,points are as follow: Firstly,this article sorts out the thought and main points of Marx and Engels on the integrity.In the process Marx and Engels ' criticism of the capitalist system,they exposing the hypocrisy of the integrity of capitalism,and of dialectical materialism and historical materialism as world Outlook and methodology,described only in the Communist society can establish a true ethics and integrity.Marxist ideas about integrity laid the groundwork for research integrity issues.Therefore,integrity is under a certain historical conditions,reflecting equal relations of interests between people and social norms.Integrity of Communism is the highest ideals of humanity,only to the stage of which social development,integrity will become everyone's free and comprehensive moral standards.Secondly,this paper uses the Positive Analysis and other methods to analyze the present situation of College Students' integrity and integrity education.Research shows that integrity is the mainstream of College Students' thinking and behavior.The majority of college students have a correct understanding of the integrity and credibility of judgment,the ability to consciously practice integrity values.However,during the period of social transition,due to ideological conflicts,highlighted social problems,such as lack of honesty education in universities,a few students there is a lack of honesty.Mainly reflected in three aspects.First is the lack of integrity and academic misconduct,mainly for college students to learn the integrity of more confusion;second is the existence of dishonest behavior in economy,mainly for bad economic credit;third is the lack of honesty in interpersonal,mainly in part of college students in interpersonal communication promises more,network deception and other phenomena often have occurred.This paper analyzes the reasons of the university students' dishonesty from several angles: the first,the influence of the lack of social integrity;the second is related to the not perfect constraint mechanism of integrity;the third is the integrity of education effectiveness is not strong.Thirdly,this paper puts forward the ways to enhance the integrity of college students,cultivate and shape the integrity of College students.First,the way is to improve the integrity education of College students.The content of College Students' honesty education should be guided by the socialist core values,and absorb the essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture actively.Reflect the characteristics of the times to adapt to the physical and mental characteristics of College Students.Second is to build a good social environment.Good social credit environment can't be ignored in shaping the integrity of College students.The formation of social credit environment depends on the government to play the role of good faith demonstration,but also need the use of legal means to strengthen the supervision of the market economy.In the network society,the construction of network integrity is a long way to go.In a word,this article puts forward the ways to improve and build the integrity of college students from the perspective of integrity education and the construction of social integrity.This will be conducive to enhancing the effectiveness of college students' honesty education,to cultivate consciously practice the socialist core values of talents,to provide theoretical and practical reference for the training of more builders and successors of the socialist cause.
