The Study Of Content And Organization Form Upon The Education Of Ideological And Political Theory In College

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that ideological work is an extremely important work of the party.Colleges and universities should become an important position to study and publicize Marxism.To strengthen and improve ideological and political work,colleges and universities must deepen the education of Marxist theory and strengthen students' ideological and theoretical education and value guidance with the morality education as the basic task.Strengthening and improving the ideological and political theory education in colleges and universities means the project of casting souls,consolidating and strategy to consolidating the guiding ideological field of Marxism,adhering to the socialist university direction and cultivating the socialist builders and successors.In this sense,taking the ideological and political theory of ideological integration and organizational form of innovation as a research topic,and focusing on exploring and building the integration of resources,and strengthening the point,the education and teaching environment combined with the ideological and political theory provide the important theoretical support and practical reference value for the new period ideological work in colleges and universities and for completing the fundamental task of morality education.The essential pursuit of ideological and political theory education is to mold spirit and educate people.The ideological and political theory education is often carried out in colleges and universities through the systematic input of ideological and political theory and the continuous infection of daily ideological and political education,to realize such activity of molding spirit and educating people,which use knowledge to arm people,theory to master people and thought to shape people.The effective promotion of ideological and political theory education needs to depend on the main channel of ideological and political theory course and full use of main role of daily ideological and political education.The former is to solve the systematic input and educational normative issues of ideological and political theory,and the latter is to complement and consolidate the theoretical education through the infection and contact.The effective use of the main channel and the main position will depend on the overall construction of the content system and the the linkage of organizational form.The overall construction of the content system is to explore "teaching what" problem,that is,we should use educational content which includes the basic theory,value guidance,behavior cultivation and the bottom of the condensed to realize the integration of educational goals and educational content.The linkage integration of organizational form of is to explore "how to teach",that is,we should use the integration of the means of education innovation and education carrier to realize the good transformation of Marxist theory and knowledge system to the practice system of ideological and political theory education.Based on this,this paper's ideas are as follows: through the ideological and political theory of the overall system of education and analysis,I divide the effective breakthrough into two points: first is about the overall construction of ideological and political theory and daily ideological and political education content system.Second is about the linkage integration of the ideological and political theory course and the daily ideological and political education organization form.I hope that through the integration of these two points,we can achieve the overall layout and innovation of ideological and political theory of education.This paper introduces the research origin,research status,research ideas and research methods in the introduction,and then discusses and studies the from the definition of content,content change,content formation,organizational form development and organizational form integration in later 5 chapters.The first chapter is about the definition of the basic concepts and categories related to the research.First,it analyzes the connotation,characteristics and dimensions of the ideological and political theory education,and verifies that the education of ideological and political theory is affected by the system of ideological political theory and daily ideological and political education in order to achieve education activities of casting souls of arming people with knowledge and mastering theory and shaping people with thinking.Second,we should clarify related issues on integrity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities which is based on the background of great central propaganda and ideological and political education.We should explain to basic instructions of the integrity and overall layout;Third,we should regard the content and organizational form as two breakthrough points of overall promotion to ideological and political education,and give some explanations to the scope and relationship of them.The second chapter and the third chapter study respectively from two aspects: the ideological and political theory of education content of the historical investigation and the reality breakthrough.The second chapter investigates the development and influencing factors and history experience of content change.The third chapter analyzes and investigates the content of the ideological political theory of education in current universities,and divides the content system into the basic theoretical level,the value guidance level and behavioral cultivation level and the bottom condensed level.And this chapter analyzes these four levels and the internal structure of each level and the relationship among them.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter study and investigate respectively from two angles: the organization form of ideological and political theory of education in universities and realistic innovation.The fourth chapter is also based on the history,it summarizes the influencing factors and historical experience.On the basis of the current situation,the fifth chapter summarizes the organizational form and the improvement principle of the current ideological and political theory education in colleges and universities,and hopes that through the integration of infiltration,the combination of scene and ascension,the interaction of ritual and infection and following and leading,we can improve our method.Through teaching carrier,activity carrier and the network carrier,we can achieve the integration of carrier development effectively.
