The IT development has changed the way in gaining and spreading information.Although the enormous information have made it more convenient for learners to study with a lot of resources,but the rapid rising of internet information indicates a new tendency,that online resources are developing in fragments.In such an era,we must explore new way to deliver the information and to study,which can not only ease the burden in acquiring knowledge,but also can prompt the learning efficiency.So that we can share and learn the knowledge.As a Chinese book A Ten Year Development Plan of Informatizition in Education(2011-2020)points: The development of information education should be preferentially oriented to educational concept innovation,be based on high-quality educational resources and learning circumstance structure of information,and take the innovation of learning model and educational pattern as the core.Therefore,it has significant meaning to explore the new way to deliver information and the new model to study in fragmentization age.Micro-lecture,as a new form accords with the concept of fragmentation learning,which satisfies its learning needs.As long as Micro-lecture raised,it has received the generalization and support.Meanwhile,it has raised a Micro-lecture boom in educational and teaching domain.Micro-lecture has experienced these periods:Micro-lecture forming period,Micro-lecture teaching period and Micro-lecture online period,which has been gone to mature.However the problems that are caused during this period shouldn't be ignored.On the basis of research status of Microlecture and analysis of practice and application,I think,the design and organization of the Micro-lecture should be focus on for the existing problems in Micro-lecture.From the point of view of Micro-lecture design,the most design still stay at video clips,which are taken from videos in the classroom teaching.Except we can see these videos at anytime and in any places,there is little essential difference between Micro-lecture and immediate classroom teaching.The real meaning and value of Micro-lecture haven't been expressed.Meanwhile,this Micro-lecture is aimed to impart knowledge.But the consciousness and training of solving problems are ignored.In 21 stcentury,the goal of personnel training is to develop the ability to solve problems and to innovate.From the relevant researches of Micro-lecture,although the solving-problems-oriented Micro-lecture has raised some scholars' attention in last two years and achieved some researches,these finding are still in theinitial stage.From the organization of Micro-lecture,although the knowledge map can improve the problem like the organization with low efficiency and so on,which are brought by its fragmentization,the main platforms,that use knowledge map to organize Micro-lecture,are mainly to organize notional knowledge.It puts little attention on procedural knowledge.From the analyze of the Micro-lecture,its design should take the following two aspects into consideration,to emphasize the consciousness to solve problems and to cultivate the ability to solve problems.The procedural knowledge is happen to be one of the most important types of knowledge.In the process of using knowledge map to organize Micro-lecture,how to give consideration to two or more types of knowledge? This Question is worth to study further.Therefore,this research is mean to have a further study in design and organization of the Micro-lecture,which is targeted at solving problems.So that we could provide the future development of the Micro-lecture with a new way.To take the mentioned questions in to consideration,this research carries out as the following goes “ Raising a question-Raising the solving idea-Developing application cases-Analyzing the result.”Firstly,to organize the current researches domestic and overseas.Then raising the existed problems of Micro-lecture.At the same time to put forward the problems solving oriented thoughts,that can design and organize Micro-lecture.On the basis of determinate thoughts,the solution will be raised for the solvingproblems-oriented design of Micro-lecture and solving-problems-oriented knowledge map of Micro-lecture.This kind of design includes the design of perspectives and principles,the design model and procedure,questions,purposes,learning content,learning resources and scripts of Micro-lecture.The solvingproblems-oriented knowledge map of Micro-lecture includes: choices,organizing elements,organizing principles,structure of knowledge map,organization pattern and structure model.The strategies of knowledge map,which supports Micro-lecture learning is also included.Besides what has been mentioned,the case The Correction of Aggressive Behaviors from The Correction of Children's Behaviors is treated as an example to develop the Micro-lecture and to put it in use.Otherwise,the effect will be analyzed.As the analysis results indicate,the Micro-lecture contributes to the improvement of learning effect.After taking the Micro-lecture,the children begin to solve similar problems consciously with the structure,that they have learned in Micro-lectures.When they are in face of new problems,they should have clear thoughts and logic to design scientific and reasonable solution in order to solve problems.During this process,all needed knowledge have been taken into consideration as much as possible.So this research stands for the view that solving-problems-oriented Micro-lecture can emphasize the consciousness to solve problems,and to develop students' ability to solve problems.
