The rapid development of information technology for the generation of micro-lecture provides a great environment background. Since micro-lecture into the field of education in our country, with its unique education value has attracted more and more domestic experts and scholars into the study of micro-lecture work. But the micro-lecture is still in the initial stage of development in our country, there are many problems in the education application. Especially in the primary school teaching the application layer on the surface, frontline teachers in the development and application of micro-lecture also faces a lot of confusion.The purpose of this study was to found that the primary problems existing in the development and application of micro-lecture, and actively seek the countermeasure to solve the problem, based on the accrual level of primary school teaching research in our country, compared with other research, this study put forward the problems and countermeasures of more targeted. This study adopted the method of literature research, analyzed the research of micro-lecture literatures, on the basis of mastering micro-lecture research status at home and abroad, using the survey research method to a gleam of primary school teachers in the situation of exploitation and application of micro-lecture survey. Through the form of questionnaire and interview, found that in the development and application of micro-lecture, primary school exist the problems such as teachers have no correct understanding of micro-lecture, design and production more difficult, not efficient use of the class and so on. To help teachers to solve the above problems, the author put forward from the angle of combing theory and practice of the countermeasures to solve the problem, first proposed the “micro-lecture is to change the traditional classroom teaching model as the core, in the form of a multimedia present, developed by curriculum implementer, according to the needs of teaching design, to facilitate teaching, which is dominant and wide application form and purposeful learning resource pack.” This concept based on the primary school teaching the application layer surface micro-lecture, and the relationship between micro courses with micro-lecture and the relationship between micro video and micro characteristics of class clarify fuzzy understanding of the micro-lecture teachers; then combed the micro-lecture before the development of the design process, principle of micro video production to regulate, and based on the current primary school teaching practice in our country puts forward three kinds of micro-lecture application strategy; finally use the method of action research, the study puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of application to the specific teaching practice, to provide the reference for teachers to adopt countermeasures to solve the problem. This study from the perspective of resources, environment, mode of combining the study of primary school the micro-lecture design, development and application procedure. Hope this research can help teachers design, production and application of micro-lecture provides guidance, to help solve the problem of primary school micro-lecture in our country, the development of micro-lecture in primary school teaching in China.
